Useful for many projects and they work well.
I needed a couple of these and read I could get a 12 pack for what I would pay for 2 at a big box store. Why wouldn’t I get 12? I have had 4 in use at once, making lotions. The little scales are easy to read and they seem pretty accurate. At times, my infrared temp gun doesn’t work because it bounces off liquid, so a thermometer like this is essential. These are easy to use and clean, and useful for many projects. The size is about 6 inches. I am happy with my purchase!

Way to inaccurate and inconsistent to be useful in the kitchen
This 3 pack of thermometers are all too inaccurate and inconsistent to be useful in our kitchen. I bought these because they were inexpensive, however the value is nonexistent for us since they cannot be relied on for temperature in our kitchen.How I determined the results:I checked temperature to clean boiling water (we live approx 150ft above sea level), and confirmed comparative temperature measurement with an electronic thermistor temperature element at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. When temperature was measured with these three thermometers, all did very poorly at between 20 to 30 degrees of error low. This was also confirmed as the hot water cooled to below 200 Fahrenheit (measured with the known accurate electronic thermistor thermomter), and these all remained with very poor accuracy. I will not use these.

Very easy to use. Simple, accurate, easy to read and easy to calibrate. I used these when I was a restaurant manager to test food temperatures.

I got these to probe my meat while cooking. Even check temps during the cook and removing it. They have a plastic cover and they fall off almost instantly. The temp measuring is ok – very small though. It does read accurately.I suggest getting a glass thermometer.
