Great supplemental support for post partum
These postnatal vitamins have been amazing. As someone who takes a more holistic approach to health, I really appreciate the added probiotics—they’ve made a big difference in my digestion and gut balance. I’ve also noticed more mood stability since taking them, which has been huge during the postpartum transition.They feel super gentle on the stomach, and I love knowing I’m supporting my body naturally while it’s healing and adjusting. Great product!
I can’t explain how good this vitamins work for me. My baby nurse all the time and I’ve been having troubles keeping up with her. I’m talking 3 vitamins everyday day and I have more energy and my milk flow it’s so much better. I really recommend it!!

this is for our “new mom” daughter. New Chapter makes a great pre and post natal multivitamin. it’s whole food and fermented. provides critical nutrients for new moms and doesn’t “rip up” the stomach like conventional vitamin isolates (Chemical versions of nutrients) do.

I LOVE these postnatal vitamins! You take 3 per day, they are not as large as the single day dose option. They help me feel good while working a full time job, nursing and being a mom!

The best to get through my postpartum period.
I am not a very healthy eater and sometimes I forgot to eat, so for me it was important to take some supplements that would give me the vitamins and minerals that my body needs during the postpartum period and that would help me with breastfeeding. After 8 months of using them I can say that they have been essential and when I don’t take them I notice the difference. It is important to take the amount indicated on the bottle daily. 8 months and I’m still taking them.

I love this supplement! After about a week, my milk increased by about 2 oz. it’s also great knowing that my LO is getting more of the nutrients he needs. I’ve been taking these since he was about 2 weeks old, and he had gained 2 pounds by his first month check up!
