Made for toodlers. The width of the band is about 6 fingers. Waste of money for ANY adult idc how small or big. Does not hold shape. Little support you can’t even sit down wrong. Texture and thickness is about as equivalent as the elastic your get in a fabric isle. Want my money back but I don’t even feel like it. Im very irritated and honestly my time has been wasted enough

Complicated Design, Hard to Use
I found this waist trainer more complicated than it should have been. No matter how many times I tried to adjust the wrap around my torso, my body parts kept slipping between the straps, which made it feel ineffective and frustrating to use. The design didn’t seem very practical for the purpose it was advertised, and I couldn’t see how it was supposed to provide the shaping effect.While the material itself seems fine, the overall usability just wasn’t there for me. It might work better for someone else, but personally, I didn’t find this design useful.

Item is very thin and does not afford any support. It rolls down continuously and it’s very uncomfortable. Does not suit it’s purpose.
