Easy on the stomach
This is a great choice for prenatal vitamins. I like the ingredients and it’s not harsh on the stomach. I use all throughout pregnancy and postpartum while still breastfeeding.

Complete Vitamins and Minerals
We are searching for a supplement that may be good for a family member that may be conceiving soon. We came across “Vegetology Pregnancy Vitamins for Women – Prenatal Vitamin & Postnatal Vitamins for Breastfeeding Moms w/20+ Vitamins, Folate & More – Vegan Prenatal Vitamins for Every Stage of Pregnancy (60 Ct)” and decided to purchase and check it out.The online description is frustrating since there is no information on what the ingredients are. Boy oh boy! When we received it and check the ingredients – we were surprised! This brand is being marketed to pregnant women. This has the most complete important vitamins and minerals needed by women. Yes, this supplement is good for all women – whether you are pregnant or not. We love that this formulation does not include Vitamin A which is really bad as a supplement since “synthetic Vitamin A” is bad for the body and overdosing on Vitamin A is also toxic and can damage the liver. If Iron is not included in the formulation – this would also be perfect for males.A natural, gluten-free, sugar-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, and excellent quantity of vitamins and minerals! This supplement is highly recommended!

Uncoated but seem decently packed with goodness
Vitamins! Because it’s easier than actually consuming a healthy diet…I like pregnancy care vitamins for a boost over regular women’s vitamins. This slim bottle is packed full of tablets with a decent variety of vitamins, most at 100% DV. Folate and B12 clock in at 200% DV, while Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc are 50% DV.I appreciate that these are 1 tablet per serving, and not the proverbial horse pills that are large and unwieldy to swallow. They’re uncoated, which means extra fluid to get them down.I’ve taken them for a few days and not noticed any sort of gastrointestinal distress, which is lovely, as some vitamins don’t sit well. They’re gluten, sugar, wheat, and dairy free, packed in a eco-plastic bottle made from sugar cane.

Larger sized and softer pills, hard for me to swallow
-When you first open the bottle, there is is a seal tab that you need to pull around and remove it from the bottle. Then the bottle will open easily and it is a flip-top lid.-The bottle is not child-safety proof-The tablets are a softer texture, and there was one tablet at the top that was broken, so it is possible you could have several broken tablets.-The tablets are larger in size, which makes it a bit difficult for me to swallow. I was able to swallow them down with multiple gulps of water. Because of the softer texture too, they don’t slip down super easily.-The product description on the website says Non-GMO, but I could not find this on the actual bottles label.-If you want to see all of the ingredients, you need to pull open the label (see pictures). I am not familiar with all of the ingredients listed, so I am not sure how they compare to other supplements.-This supplement uses folate rather than folic acid, which has higher bioavailability.

A great pre-and post natal vitamin.
My daughter had trouble with morning sickness when she was pregnant with her second child, a son. It was heightened when she took her prenatal medicine. She was very picky about what kinds she could, and couldn’t take. If there was even a hint of fish oil smell, it was probably going to come back up. She considered it very important to take these every day so we helped her on her search for a good one to try. These particular vitamins have been great. They have continued to work after her pregnancy while she’s breast-feeding as well. I like that none of the percent daily values are over 100%. I heard from a registered dietitian that it could be dangerous to have too many vitamins and minerals daily as well. Overall, if you’re having trouble with morning sickness, or taking your prenatal vitamins, these could be a great option for you.

Good for TTC
I’m currently on a TTC journey and have been taking prenatal vitamins for several months in preparation for pregnancy. These vitamins have most of the same vitamins and minerals found in my current prenatals so I thought it would be good to try, and so far so good!So far I’ve taken these for a few days and they haven’t upset my stomach. I did notice an unusual earthy smell but it wasn’t off-putting. I like that I only need to take one of these each day, and I make sure to have it after food and with water as instructed. The pill itself is quite large but is easy to swallow with water. This container has about two months worth of vitamins, so I will continue taking them for that period. I’ll also be taking fish oil capsules and DHA as this is also recommended for pregnancy.

Okay Prenatal – 60 day supply – Received Short Dated Stock – No DHA/EPA
– Okay Administration – Medium sized tablet with a slight mineral taste/smell. Goes down okay.- Subpar Ingredients – Has a good amount of ingredients but would have liked to see DHA/EPA for brain development.- 60 day supply – 1 tablet per serving size at 60 tablets is a 60 day supply- Short Dated stock – I seem to have received short dated stock since I only have about 6 weeks of leeway before it expires. Supplements should have a lot more leeway than 6 weeks. This should be especially more important with pregnant mothers.Order Date: 8/11/23Run Out Date After receiving: ~ 10/12/23Expiration Date: 12/23

Not a complete prenatal
If you’re looking for a complete prenatal vitamin, this one might disappoint you. It doesn’t have DHA or choline, which are essential for your baby’s brain growth. You’d have to buy another supplement to get those nutrients, and that’s not very budget-friendly. This prenatal is vegan, but they could have used plant sources of DHA and choline, like algae and flaxseed.

Im 24 weeks pregnant & currently taking prenatal supplements in a form of gummies. I saw this supplement here which has folate. Hence, I purchased this to try.Honestly, there are certain things of this product that I like. Firstly, its quality is remarkable, as it is both developed and manufactured in the UK. Unlike many other prenatal supplements available in the market, this one has natural folate instead of excessive unconverted folic acid, which is beneficial. Secondly, it contains added essential vitamins and minerals that are crucial. It does not only supports women before and during pregnancy, but it also continues to be effective throughout the breastfeeding period, making it a valuable 3 in 1 supplement. Lastly, it’s good for people with specific dietary requirements like vegetarians & with food allergies.Even though I really enjoyed using this supplement, I noticed that the tablets it contains are larger compared to other similar products. I have compared the size with my other prenatal tablet (see photo) and there is a slight difference. This might pose a challenge for individuals who have difficulty swallowing tablets. Moreover, this has no DHA which is also essential for baby. All in all, this prenatal and postnatal supplement is excellent. I have been taking it without experiencing any negative effects. I highly recommend it because of its high quality, quantity, and cost-effectiveness. However, if you have trouble swallowing tablets of this size, it may not be suitable for you.Thank you for taking time to read my unbiased review. I hope you’ll hit 👍 if you find it helpful.

As a vegan I really liked the idea of taking one vitamin to cover all of the main bases when pregnant. However after take these for over three months i have now become anemic. These vitamins state they contact 14mg of iron which they state is 100% of the rda, this is correct for a non pregnant women. A pregnant women needs 27mg so this is very misleading and I wonder which of the other vitamins in here they state are 100% of the rda are actually not enough either!

Love that these include folate instead of folic acid and also have calcium. I take these along with a fish oil/DHA supplement and choline. Took ages of research to find a good one that didn’t cost the earth!
