Great to use after surgery.
My husband had multiple surgeries, and these have been great. They make it easy for him to use the bathroom. The nurses loved them, made their jobs a little easier. They wash well, fit him perfectly, and look good on him. He is comfortable in them. Easy to put on and take off.

Good for hip surgery
Used for hip surgery and worked well.Don’t forget to get satin sheets (easier to get in and out of bed) and stretch shoe strings for your tennis shoes in addition to the hip kit.

Purchased three pairs of these (pink, navy, and burgundy) for my husband during his recovery from a broken leg. He has rods extending from his leg which makes standard underwear and pants out of the question for the time being, and he has limited mobility so he’s laying/sitting most of the day. We use these as underwear in lieu of boxers. We purchased a few different brands, but this brand/style is his favorite.Size: True to the size chart.Material: Soft and smooth. No issues with pilling or tears yet (multiple washes and is slid on when positioning in bed)Appearance: Looks as presented on the pictures. They are shorter than what he would wear as shorts, but work well for underwear. The length in person aligns with what you see in the pictures so no surprises there.Ease: Simple to get fastened and unfastened. Velcro holds strong through walking and normal movement but comes undone when needed with appropriate pull.

I bought these for my dad who is bed ridden and has a catheter. He loves them- said they are comfortable and my mom said they are easy to get on and off. They work great with a catheter.
