This item is very impressive. It is a very solid neck massager. It work right out of the box, and impressed several people who tried it right away. It was purchased for a family member with back and shoulder problems, and was immediately effective for them. I recommend it.

Overall Good product
This massager is a good product for quick relief of minor muscle pain. I use it on my thighs after leg day as well. The only two down side Ms is when using on the neck area the straps for you hands to be placed in is awfully short and therefore you end up in an uncomfortable position which takes our focus away from the good it does for the neck and shoulder areas. My only recommendation is to lean back on product to prevent this from happening. The second issue is that it does not heat very well at all. It just pretty much glows. Other than those two issues the product does it’s job.

I received this as a gift for Christmas for my husband as it was the talk of the town during this time and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to do it massages you I do think the cord is a little bit short though, so you don’t really have the flexibility of kind of moving around with it I also feel like the heating function is a bit off actually purchased one and sent it back thinking something was wrong with it but the heating function is there but it’s really really minimal other than that. It works great and helps relieve tension in your neck.
