Unpleasant smell and taste!
These vitamins have an unpleasant smell and taste. They also turn your urine bright yellow and cause nausea. I also contacted Whole Foods to see whether these are third-party tested for potency and purity, but they couldn’t answer.

This has an odd aftertaste that is pretty hard to miss even if you swallow it as quickly as possible. It does, however get the job done.

Price and VALUE
Great alternative to Dr.Berg’s Prenatal vitamins. The vitamin tastes horrible once it immediately touched your tongue. HOWEVER , it is a big bang for your buck.
