Small for a 3 month old baby
Enjoying this playpen but I feel like it is flawed. First of all I ordered this new and definitely received a returned one and the canopy is broken, it’s snapped right at the tip of the arch. Disappointing.I needed something easy to carry and to put my baby in when we go outside (I have a 4 year old and a dog) This folds up like a camping chair, which is perfect! My issue is thats it’s really small! My 3 month old is an average sized baby she probably weighs 13 pounds, her hands and feet already hit the sides of the play pen. The description does say that it’s for babies up to 15 pounds, but there could easily be a lot more use out of this if they made it a little bit wider. I also know that they do make bigger ones that fold up the same way, but those ones are just too big for a baby that doesn’t move around. Specifically too tall for a parent to reach in and out of to set the baby down, adjust them, etc.I bought this on sale for 35 dollars so Im going to keep it, if it was full price I probably would have returned it. My baby is either gonna get too long or she’s gonna start rolling and then she won’t be able to use this anymore.
