Good quality fits great
Bought a few items from Misty Phases. All fit great and very helpful during my postpartum recovery. Fit and quality is really good.
Let’s Review –
too large and small at the same time
I ordered these to use as c-section recovery compression shorts. While the material was comfortable, the shorts are not very breathable. Also, the stomach area was rather big to use after pregnancy, and the leg holes rolled up almost immediately after putting them on from being too small. I’m not sure how to figure out how to get the right size in these. Maybe they just weren’t great for my body type.

Wanted to love it
This was a 5/5 purchase as soon as I first put it on. Fast forward three weeks later, and it’s sadly falling apart. It’s a great pair of postpartum compression shorts and it tightens in the best places. I’ve washed them a handful of times and the seams are already torn and coming apart. I hope the seller can improve because these shorts are a game changer. Super comfortable, slimming and supportive for postpartum!

A bit too small, but very compressive.
So I got this for my wife, she is a size 12 so using the guide we ordered the XL-2XL size and it still was very tight. After having it on a bit she said it felt ok, and I would guess the next size up would be too large. I normally have photos but this was a bit too private for that. The material itself is good and strong.

Got an allergic reaction from material and broke out in hives in my stomach from the synthetic latex. Please be aware if you are purchasing and have any allergies

Good Compression
This Misty Phases postpartum compression shorts is the best gift I could have gave my daughter for her baby shower. Her recovery after delivery has been GREAT . They are true to size and very comfortable with the necessary compression.

The waist fits great , and is true to size. The Thighs roll, and seem a little small for the product. I do not have large thighs and the band on the bottom squeezes, and then rolls up. I cannot wear this product comfortably.

El producto llegó muy bien empacado, con sus etiquetas y tal como aparece en la imagen. Yo lo pedí para usarlo en mi postparto y me guie de la tabla de tallas, conforme a la que antes normalmente era una talla chica. La prenda que yo elegí viene etiquetada como small-xs pero en realidad creo que viene bastante reducida. Probablemente no la podré usar los días inmediatos al postparto sino ya muchísimos meses después de desinflamar. No la quise regresar porque creo que podría funcionar probablemente para comprimir la piel suelta cuando ya pueda hacer ejercicio aunque yo si recomendaría que pidan dos tallas más grandes para estar cómodas si aún están inflamadas cuando su médico les permita usar prendas de comprensión. Le doy cuatro estrellas porque en realidad se ve que si cumple la función de comprimir pero no fue la mejor opción para lo que pensaba ocuparla inicialmente por la talla que escogí conforme a la guia que aparece de tallas. Fuera de eso muy bien el producto. Probablemente volvería a ordenar en otra talla.Update* volví a pedir este mismo producto ahora en color negro y talla m/l ya que el anterior sentí que estaba demasiado pequeño, debo decir que si se nota una pequeña variación en la talla de la prenda (no se ve tan pequeña como la xs/small, pero aún así se ve que comprime bastante y que requerirá un poquito de fuerza para ponerla) aunque considerando que yo pensaba usarla meses después cuando mi médico ya me autorice hacer ejercicio y ocupar prendas de compresión supongo que estuvo bien. Aún así, empiezo a considerar pedirlo en xl y después reducir paulatinamente las tallas, espero poder hacer un nuevo update después de comenzar a usar estas prendas.*La segunda vez que pedí este producto me llegó con paquetería DHL y muy buen servicio, me entregaron el producto antes del tiempo previsto.
