Works great, even for small babies
We have a small townhouse so I was not thrilled with the idea of having some large hunk of plastic featuring obnoxious characters taking up a good chunk of my living space. A friend had used one of these hook on chairs so we looked into it. Out kitchen table is about 2.5 inches thick on the ends (not really a skirt) so we thought this would be our best bet. We were a little nervous about it since our 6 month old is a tiny thing at only 12 pounds and had a hard time fitting in restaurant high chairs and shopping carts. She fits perfectly in this since the straps function so well and hug her in place. I find the material easy to wipe down, as long as we use an actual washcloth and not a paper towel (Ahem, husband). We attempted to take it with us on a trip out of town last weekend, but in all three places we tried to bring it to they had pedestal tables so we didn’t use it. The attached storage bag is great, though! We use this both at our kitchen table and, more often, on the counter top breakfast bar. The wee one is not on table food yet, and I can see how there would be a lot of “droppage” between the baby and the table/counter. Thankfully we have a dog who is more than happy to handle that. We did get the Summer Infant mat as well and it seems like that would help the situation. Very happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it. Oh, we got the navy fabric and it has not been showing any stains so far.UPDATE: Our daughter is now one and eating at the table with us for all meals. The summer infant mat is a must have. Food would drop through all the time without it. We still love the chair, often take it with us to restaurants, and it’s nice and clean! She tries to climb out of it now, but has not been successful. She’s well strapped in.

Wish I’d invented that!
Much better and safer than a restaurant high chair. Our granddaughter sat in it at several different restaurants and worked great connecting to the table easily. The child is right up there at the table with us. And…there was no way she could slip out. Now, years later, her baby brother uses it when we go out. Great device…great design. That’s why we so often give it for maternity presents to nieces and nephews…and they wind up loving it too.

Excellent High Chair for Small Spaces and Travel
This is a great high chair if you have a small dining space or if you don’t like the idea of keeping a standing high chair at your dinner table for 3 years. It also works well for traveling, or if your baby enjoys spending time with you as your work at your desk.It is very easy to put together, I managed to get it unpacked and affixed to our dining table while holding my baby in one arm. The two arms slide into the seat, and then you simply twist them to tighten the grip on the table. Once affixed, it does not wobble or slide at all, it is very grippy. The seat itself seems comfortable for my 5 month old, she is very excited about sitting up to play with her toys and enjoys joining us at the dinner table. There is a seat belt in the seat that is fairly easy to adjust when it is already on the baby, and a very nice soft buckle cover. Other reviewers expressed concern that a baby could stand up in the seat and then fall out, but if the seat belt is buckled around their waist, I do not think this would be possible.The navy color is very attractive, and a nice alternative to black or red, which is what most seats seem to be. It takes up much less space than a standing high chair, and looks really great at our table. We have already decided to order a second chair that we can keep in the car for when we go out.

RECLAIMED OUR FLOOR SPACE! MinImal & Perfect
My only regret is that we didn’t buy this for our first child. We were so tired of losing space in our house to all the kid and baby things. We had a great high chair, loved it because we could move it from room to room. However, we have a smaller house and it just always seemed to be in the way. This fixed the problem 100%. It’s a minimalist dream. I love the color options because it goes with our home aesthetic now.Do not worry, it it very stable. I’ve never had a worry once that it would fall. Extremely secure and easy to move. We have it on our bar counter but can easily move it to our dining table. And if you like to eat out, this is the best option. It even had its own carrying bag built to the bottom of the seat.There is a gap of you install it on a straight countertop where your child will throw all their food. The two easy fixes are 1) shove a towel in there or 2) buy the tray. I highly recommend buying the tray. Makes clean up so easy. And the gap isn’t a bad thing because the way it’s fashioned it will fit right up against a circular table, like our kitchen table. I included a pic so you can see what I’m talking about.The tray is dishwasher safe which I love. The seat says to wipe down or hand wash. I don’t wipe it down on a regular basis, but for that really worked in food or if you kid accidentally gets sick in it, I have thrown it in the washing machine multiple times. (Without the metal pieces). Just make sure you buckle the straps together so they don’t get twisted in the wash.Also if you have a toddler like me who likes to throw things, I also recommend getting a drink strap. We bought a silicone one from Amazon and it attaches easily to the arm of this chair.It’s beautiful, it’s minimal. It’s safe and secure. Even my toddler likes to try to sit in it once and a while. It would make an AMAZING baby shower gift, just get the tray.

Way better quality than expected and super easy to pack on the go! I do however recommend getting the tray for this chair as there is a gap between the chair and the dining table where food is likely to fall through to the ground that otherwise would be sitting in the tray. We learned the hard way.

Me encanto, mi hija queda a la altura perfecta para comer en la mesa, fue fácil de armar y usar. Algo importante es que no se puede usar en mesas de vidrio, no Vi en ningún lado ese mensaje hasta en el instructivo. Lo malo es que la mesa de mi casa es de vidrios, así que solo la podré usar en restaurantes

Queda súper firme en la superficie de mi cocina. Otra ventaja de esta silla vs otras similares es que el bebe queda muy cerca de la mesa o barra de donde esta agarrada la silla entonces puede agarrar la comida el solo o eventualmente comer junto con toda la familia solito.
