Great Support
This is the second back brace I’ve tried and I really like this one. Its low profile makes it unnoticeable under my clothes so I can wear it to work without drawing unwanted attention. I’m a nanny and I just needed a little more support for lifting the baby who hasn’t started walking yet.

I think the brace is wonderful. My back is amazing but I’ve been healing for five years from being an injured by one of my best friends and so I still go once a month for deep tissue massage and chiropractic work so I thought that this would be great and when I’m lifting my house plants or bringing groceries up the stairs, just to keep me happy in my back happyThe problem I’m having is that I am about like 109 pounds and I have a piercing on my tummy so I have to put it a shirt under it and then I put a shirt over it and every time I put it on my lower back, I tighten it as much as I can, but it seems to ride up my back a little bit. The directions were not clear on the middle piece to you stick on for Support if it’s supposed to go up or down maybe that’s the reason it’s not working correctly but I keep using it because I know it’s helping somewhat. I really hope that I could get feedback on how to put the middle piece in it and use it correctly. That would be very helpful to me. If you could get back to me if that wore it correctly I think I would rate this five.

This back brace was just what I needed. I was experiencing horrific back pain. I was having a hard time walking. This back brace helped to stabilize my back. I wear it almost everyday. This was a very good choice.

It has a chemical smell
The style is nice, but it has a strong chemical smell. I haven’t worn it yet, because it’s hanging up in my garage gassing off. I kept it in hopes that it will stop smelling

Han pasado por mis lomos numerosas fajas lumbares. Y aunque el usuario final de esta faja no era yo, la he estado probando para poder dejar la reseña con conocimiento de causa.La presentación y el acabado son bastante decentes. Toda ella es de material sintético muy elástico, se ha cuidado bastante que no haya costuras molestas y los refuerzos de aluminio son eficaces pero no molestan en absoluto. Lo que más me ha gustado en comparación con otras es que es muy fina y ligera, siendo factible llevarla bajo la ropa si fuera necesario. Esa finura no se contrapone con la robustez del material y la solidez de la contención, que me parecen equiparables a otras fajas más gruesas.El cierre mediante velcro da mucho margen para adaptarla a tu cuerpo (aparte de que hay un amplio catálogo de tallas para elegir). Me gusta la amplitud de la zona de velcro, su uso resulta muy seguro (no se te va a soltar la faja en ningún caso).La limitación, presente en esta faja y en todas las que he probado, está en que en la zona donde la llevas la piel no transpira. Aunque con otras he sudado más, con esta también se acaba sudando inevitablemente si la llevas de manera prolongada, sobre todo si tienes algo de actividad física (hablo de andar o hacer tareas domésticas, ni siquiera hacer ejercicio).No hay que olvidar que las fajas lumbares funcionan muy bien pero tienen una pega: generan adicción. Al ponértela, si tienes dolor lumbar, notas un alivio inmediato. Eso te anima a llevarla mucho tiempo, y eso no favorece que las causas del dolor se alivien, dado que en la inmensa mayoría de los casos lo más conveniente es fortalecer la musculatura y, con la faja, si la llevas muchas horas, lo que haces es contribuir a atrofiarla. Pero bien es cierto que en algunos momentos es más eficiente (y sano) ponerte la faja que tirar de medicamentos.Para terminar, ¿qué tal el precio? Cuando la adquirí costaba unos 37 euros. Posteriormente subió hasta los 42 y ahora está en 40 euros. Como suelo decir, es un precio razonable para el producto, pero no un chollo, en Amazon veo otras fajas de aspecto similar algo más baratas. Claro que en la faja de este anuncio puedo acreditar la calidad, y en las otras no.

This is exactly what I wanted. I have a more heavy duty version but it’s quite obvious under t shirts. I wanted something more discreet for a walking holiday. This is thinner and less bulky. Plus you can remove the more rigid part at the back to make it thinner still.The heavier duty one obviously gives the most support but this one gives a lot of support too for times when you want something less obvious.I ordered a size L and I’m a U.K. size 16-18 and it fits fine.

Questa fascia lombare è un valido supporto per la colonna, nonostante la sua leggerezza. Garantisce un sostegno adeguato sia in piedi che stando seduti ed è facile da mimetizzare sotto i vestiti.Difatti, essendo un po’ sottile non ingombra molto e permette di essere indossata senza rendersi troppo evidente.Poi chiaramente una persona deve pensare al proprio benessere, però è giusto saperlo.Io ho preso la misura L e si può adattare facilmente anche a una XL e forse anche un po’ oltre, grazie al velcro delle fasce.
