Love the kit but need a note on how to open it took me 5 minutes to figure out you needed to push button in rather than trying to push it down

Not durable but served it’s purpose
I bought several packs of these to give and our Mother’s Day gift bags. But because I bought them so close to the holiday, I wasn’t able to send them back and choose something more stable… These are very flimsy cases and also flimsy products. I felt like the nail clippers would break in my hand. The scissors are as thin as a few sheets of aluminum foil pressed together to make them. They definitely won’t hold up to anything substantial, but they look cute and it’s the thought that counts! I handed them all. Everyone thought they were lovely, but the nail clippers are just for them to have on hand at work, so they are okay. If you’re looking for quality manicure kids that will probably last… These are not it. But they are great for small gifts and trinkets in a bag.

Wonderful quality!! Could not believe the quality for the price. They were a last minute purchase for my husband. He supervises a kitchen with all women and we had ordered some others off of another site and they were made very cheaply. I quickly ordered these and they saved the day for the 6 ladies that he needed gifts for with you fast delivery he was able to gift these to the ladies and these sets were so much better. Thank you so much.

Flimsy, almost dangerous
First, the good: The case is sturdy and closes well. The stitching seems secure. The clippers are reasonably sturdy, though they don’t do a good job of clipping.The bad: Everything else. The tweezers are an absolute JOKE; the only way they would work is if you grip them at the very bottom, and at that point you might as well just use your fingers.When I took out the scissors I laughed out loud – they’re about as thick as the lid on a can of green beans. I have no idea how well they cut because putting my fingers into the loops and exerting even a tiny bit of pressure made it feel like they were going to slice my fingers up, they’re so thin. (Note: The scissors in the “brown” set look like they might not have this problem, or at least not to this extent.)The nail file is similarly thin, and has virtually no abrasive surface to it; I got better results by rubbing the edge of my nail quickly up and down the fabric of my jeans.I haven’t tried either of the scooper/nail pick thingies, but they seem like they’d collapse at the slightest pressure, too.I have basically repurposed the cases to hold other, *functional* manicure/pedicure items, and if I’m honest the price would be reasonable just for the cases, so I’m not too unhappy with it – but if you’re actually looking for a manicure kit, PASS on this one.
