Very easy to use
It’s very useful. I bought it even though I haven’t had surgery, and the compression is just right. It helps me maintain an upright posture and has relieved my back pain. You don’t need to order a size down; it fits my weight and size perfectly. It compresses and reduces your abdomen very well. It’s very easy to use and breathable; even when you sweat, it feels light.

Very Wide Abdominal Binder for Post OP
I got this Abdominal binder from Pauline because I have an upcoming hysterectomy and I heard these are helpful for recovery. So while I cannot tell you how it helps with that just yet, I can tell you how it feels walking around, breathing, eating and coughing in it. It is pretty comfortable. My waist measures 28 inches at the narrowest part and I got the medium. I was surprised there where no smaller sizes. I measure over 9 inches in width . I am considered long waisted and it really covers my entire abdominal cavity. I think 1 inch less would be better because this really just covers too much of my body-even encroaching on my breasts.It has a nice amount of stretch for breathing while simultaneously providing support. The Velcro seems to hold well and the belt fits a wide variety of sizes but will be too wide for a petite woman. I am 66 inches and long waisted. Anyone shorter it will be very wide. I tested it over a cotton t-shirt and it did not slide around. It stayed put. These are designed to wear outside a shirt. So I did not wash it to test. It seems like it will last long enough to do it’s job.I have never used a product like this before so am not an expert. But it seems that it will work fine in helping me post OP and the price at around 20 bucks is OK. I would still compare prices just in case.
