Great Cream — But Definitely Use a Butt Spatula
This is a big tub of maximum‑strength Butt Paste, and it works exactly the way it should. Thick, effective, and great for clearing up irritation fast. Because it’s such a dense ointment, I’d definitely recommend using a butt spatula with it. It keeps things cleaner, spreads the cream more evenly, and saves you from trying to wash this stuff off your hands afterward.If you’re already using a spatula for diaper cream, this size makes perfect sense. If not, now’s the time to get one.

Works like a charm! My LO is very susceptible to diaper rash and extra sensitive. Even using regular diaper cream with every change didn’t help, but this paste keeps the rash at bay. We use it all the time and keep some in the diaper bag so we’re never without it.I don’t find the smell particularly offensive (and I have a keen nose so that’s usually a problem). It’s thick enough to form a barrier but thin enough to apply easily, especially with those little bum spatulas.Also, it’s more natural than some, which I appreciate. The only issue? It does stain clothing. I’ve managed to get the stains out of the clothes, but it does require a little extra work as you can’t just chuck them in the wash.

Great but sometimes oily
This helped my baby so much when he had a bad diaper rash! We use it nearly every day now and still have over half the tub left. It does sometimes seem to almost separate? Sometimes the cream will feel very oily and not want to stick to the skin well, but we usually wipe it on his diaper and rescoop and it works fine

It is definitely a little pricey but very little amount of paste is required, its been over 6 months and i still have almost full of the container. My baby is 6 months old and never had a rash all thanks to this butt paste.
