Is excellent to treat skin scrapes as well as diaper rash in babies and seniors
I have used Desitin for most of my life for mild scrapes, or from bandages being pulled off too quickly, tearing away a small layer of skin. I also have used it very effectively for mild rashes caused by urine or loose stools on my (now grown) baby and myself. It goes on white and stays on white even after gentle rubbing, so it can stain clothing. However, it heals your skin quickly and protects it from germs. I highly recommend this product for healing skin.

Good for adult colinoscopy prep too
I saw some chat boards suggest using this as a protective barrier for sensitive areas during the intense hourslong voiding of colinoscopy prep, so I figured better safe than sorry and got it. I didn’t experience any of the soreness or burning that others who didn’t use anything complained of so would have to say it works. The smallest size was inexpensive enough to make the limited use case and purchase still well worth it.
