Magnesium is a lifesaver!
I’ve used Dr. Teals brand before, I love how affordable it is compared to other epsom salt soaks. But this one with magnesium is the best I’ve ever used.I recently gave birth, and my feet have been in horrible pain every day. Stepping out of bed in morning is excruciating, and walking around carrying a baby all day is doing them no favors. I had to do something for the pain, so I bought a foot bath with heat and massage. While that really helped and felt good while I used it, it didn’t help the pain completely. But coupled with these salts, my feet have been rejuvenated! The magnesium worked wonders for the pain. I use it about once a day, and my feet are pain free for the first time in months. I also LOVE the smell of eucalyptus, so that’s another major win.I love these epsom salts, and will buy them again. Dr Teals continues to win for price, effectiveness, and enjoyment.

I wanted a relaxing bath time product and I’ve never used epsom salts before, I saw this recommended on a YouTube video so I got the Relax and Relief salts and they’re amazing! They helped with my aches and my body felt so relaxed using these salts in my bath. They really made my body feel calm, it’s literally as if all the stress worries and pains float away after using this. I used the accompanying body wash too which also is super exfoliating and luxurious on the skin as is the salt for the bath. My skin was left smooth, I felt nice and rested and relaxed after my bath using this product. Going to use it all the time now!! Doesn’t cure aches and pains, just helps a lot with them. Side note I purchased on Amazon prime and came next day, and it smelt just fine; its a nice smell but definitely an acquired taste, definitely wouldn’t call the smell foul, seeing other reviews I recommend only purchasing from Amazon and not any other sellers
