Its epsom salt, its great!
Bought for my mom. She loved it. Says it did help her sleep! (though baths usually do). She works a lot on her feet and with kids so she is usually sore, helped deeply with that. The smell was great (though she loves lavender). She is lightly allergic to pollen and had no issued with sneezing and the smell. Which has happened with other products in the past. Great if you can buy it on sale. maybe a little pricey, but Epsom salt can be.

Favorite Epsom salt
I love soaking in this Epsom salt. It does not leave the tub greasy. It reduces my body pain about 75%. You need 2 cups. I bought a 2 cup wooden scoop from Amazon to use with the Epsom salt. Smells really good. I think there should be some more products made with the scent like lotion, body spray, etc..

Helps me to relax before bedtime. It’s so soothing in a hot bath. The smell is amazing it keeps me well relaxed before bed. I recently purchased the 7lb bag which is half empty. This is definitely a staple for my bath routine.

Love the smell, bag fits perfectly in my tall jar I bought for storing the salts. First bag arrived broke, what a mess. Amazon sent me a new bag and refunded my money for the first since I lost a good amount of product. Will buy again as the price is fair and smell is great.

Smells amazing and works well. Only downside we had was probably with shipping or something where there were cuts in the bag but thankfully it didn’t lose much from it. So relaxing and calming to use though.
