NOTE: When the measured value is lower than 32 degrees, the display shows Lo; If higher than 42 degrees, it shows Hi. Start measuring when you see “Lo” ℉.
℃/℉ Switchable
This thermometer offers two units -Celsius and Fahrenheit. Easily switch between ℃/℉ by pressing the ON/OFF button for 2-5 seconds. Default setting is Fahrenheit.
Fever Alarm
If the tested temperature is < 100.0 ℉, the beeps is Bi-Bi-BI-Bi-;If the tested temperature is >= 100.0℉, the beeps whose frequency wills much higher and is Bi-Bi-Bi—– Bi-Bi-Bi—— Bi-Bi-Bi.

Large display
My old thermometer stopped working in the cost of the batteries. It’s just cheaper to buy a new one. This is great. It shows that the average temperature when you turn it on which is 98.6 of course and then it goes into just a few lines. Once you stick it in your mouth it starts to beep and when it’s ready to take it out. It beeps again to let you know the time is up very easy to read fairly large display. Would definitely recommend.

Low beep/no beep
This is a great product and works as expected however, I know the beep when it’s done testing temperature supposed to be really light so it doesn’t wake a sleeping baby or something, but I cannot hear the beep and have no idea when it’s done taking temperature

BUTTON BATTERY with no childproof lock!
The thermometer functions just fine, however, the cap that holds the battery in place easily pulls off. There are no child safety tabs you have to pinch, there is no screw you have to unscrew. What a reckless product. If you don’t know the dangers of children ingesting button batteries, please google this or look on YouTube. If your crawling baby finds this, they are putting everything in their mouth, and if you didn’t know that the thermometer got opened by your toddler, and the battery was sitting on the floor, your baby could absolutely die from this. Babies can’t tell you when they’ve swallowed a button battery. Toddlers might think this is a piece of candy if you’ve never talked to them about the dangers of button batteries. It can erode through the esophagus and as little as two hours. Please look up signs to look for if you are ever concerned that this may have happened. They sell button batteries with a bitter coating on them so that the second a child puts it in their mouth they spit it out because it tastes atrocious. These cost a dollar more or so, but it is worth saving a child’s life. Bottom line, either super glue this closed and have it be a one time use the thermometer, when the battery runs out you throw it away, or just throw it away this place. Also teach your toddler what these are and why they are dangerous, and put a reward system in place where if they ever find one, they bring it to you and they get a super amazing prize/treat/reward. That could save a life.
