Very nice pads, fit well and ~stay in place
These pads are just right for more boost in your bra, they don’t show outside the bra and make a dress look much better. They are soft and comfortable but still show more volume. I liked this medium size, the large was too big and overflowed the bra. I wear 36B.

Great product- 6 cm is VERY thick
These are great inserts. Good shape, soft and comfortable. Be warned- the 6cm is very thick. It was way too much “help” for me! I think it added more than 2 cup sizes. I exchanged for the 4cm for a more subtle look. Highly recommend. Some reviews talk about them moving around. I have found that the size Large fills out the entire bra pocket from side to side so it has nowhere to slide – stays put. I am a small person, with AAA natural breast size so the Large seems all wrong. BUT it works well for me, giving me a full, natural look, filling out the entire bra top to bottom, side to side.

Super stiff
They are made of a very dense foam. I would be embarrassed and avoidant if someone asked to hug me while wearing these bra pads. They feel incredibly unnatural. That being said they do provide good lift and fit well. They do move around a little if you don’t actually insert them into the pockets of your bra. So be sure to use these with a bra that allows for extra padding to be inserted into the fabric. I don’t have many bras with that option unfortunately so I just position them between the inside of the cups and my breasts. Again, they will shift if you don’t sew them in or insert them. They are good quality and very sturdy. I don’t blame the manufacturer for my bras not allowing for inserts, that’s not their fault. But I had to take one star off because of how unnatural and stiff these are.

Which way is up? I have no idea, and neither do my boobs.These bra pads are… fine. They exist. They’re soft, they’re shaped kind of like something that should go in a bra, and they do a decent job of preventing the ever-dreaded high-beam effect. So, points for that.But here’s the thing: I cannot for the life of me figure out which side is up. Or down. Or inside. Every time I try to put them in, it’s like solving a puzzle designed by someone who has never met a bra or a human body. I’ve twisted, rotated, flipped—and still end up with at least one side looking like it’s waving the white flag.They also shift around like they’re on a field trip. You put them in, go about your day, and suddenly one’s up near your collarbone and the other’s having an identity crisis down by your ribs. There’s no adhesive or structure to help them stay put, so it’s really a Choose Your Own Adventure situation every time.✅ Pros:Soft and lightweightProvide modesty coverageAffordable⚠️ Cons:No clear top or bottom—just vibesConstant repositioningMay end up looking like you’re storing snacks in your braI’ll keep using them for now, mostly because I’m too tired to keep searching. But would I recommend them? Only if you’re emotionally prepared for chaos.

A post mastectomy essential! They look so natural
I recently had a mastectomy and I’m waiting for breast reconstruction and I was desperate for something to put in my bra to make it look like I had breasts. I tried many different things that you put in your bra and none of those were comfortable. I finally had had enough and found these, and I slipped them into my three favorite sports bras. Pictured is me in a sweatshirt postmastectomy with the insert in. Many people close to me have said they otherwise would have had no idea with these pad inserts! Really grateful for these during my journey!

Perfect fit
My fiancé got these for her wedding dress! She told me to write a review because they are amazing. The size is perfect and they are super comfortable. They also did exactly what she needed for the wedding dress of pushing her boobs up some. They aren’t sticky super soft and very easy to use.
