Ice pack – comfortable and flexible
These ice packs are great! They stay cold for quite awhile. My mom just had hip surgery and is on an icing rotation, these are great and last two to three ice sessions before I have to put them back in the freezer!They also bend and form nicely around her knee to help with icing and are comfortable for her to use. Great product!

Great Product! “GLACIAL COMFORT” is superior to other brands I tried in terms of cooling power and durability. The pad envelope is heavy duty. I have lower back injury and surgery issues. I use (4) “Glacial Comfort” pads on a nylon mesh seat and back office chair. I use 2 large swimming pool towels on cover the chair back and seat, then a stack 2 pads on seat and two pads against the chair back. Then I cover over the pads with the 2nd beach towel. I get 3-4 hours of use to reduce swelling in the lumbar (L-4) area and the Sacral/buttocks area. The relief allows me then to do mild walking and stationary bike exercising. I have (9) of these pad and at least 4 of them are in the garage freezer at all times ready for use.

Good size and stays frozen for a long time
I have chronic pain issues in my entire back, hips, legs and arms. Even though I take daily medication for pain management, I still have frequent pain flares that the medication just can’t control. I have found that ice really helps reduce inflammation and pain. This ice pack is pretty great. It is a big enough to cover a large area, yet is flexible enough that you can fold it into thirds so it doesn’t take up as much space in the freezer. It stays frozen long enough that I can use it on my low back for 20 minutes, move to my upper back for 20 minutes, move to each hip for 20 minutes, and it still retains enough cold to be effective.The seams are solid, so I don’t worry about any leakage. Because it is flexible, it’s versatile as to where you can use it on your body. It molds to the shape you need to keep the ice in contact with whatever area you need. It doesn’t have any weird smells, which is also a plus. All in all, it is a good value for the price. If you need a larger ice pack, I definitely recommend this one.

Best ice pack I’ve used.
The ice pack stays cold for the entire 15-20 minutes for each use. It is very well made and does not tear at the seams or creases like others have that I have purchased. I use it frequently and it molds to any part of the body that is sore.

I recently had a hip replacement and needed to keep ice on my thigh area. I got several of these and rotated them as they cooled. They freeze very quickly and are flexible. That was great because they conform to the shape needed based on where you place them. Much easier than traditional ice bags. I couldn’t have gotten by without them. Now I have them for any needed future use, and they lay completely flat in the freezer, so they take up virtually no room. Highly recommend!

La compresa me cubre desde la ingle hasta la rodilla y cubre muy bien pirque está ancha, está muy pesada y se ve muy resistente, aunque el fabricante menciona 30 min. de estadía en el congelador no fue suficiente por lo que la dejé por varias horas y no se endureció pero estaba lo bastante fría para mi terapia, muy recomendable

They’re filled with so much more gel than other ice packs I’ve tried. It makes them heavy, but also really great ice packs! They cover areas well and they stay colder longer than others. The material is sturdy and not sharp plastic like others. Really nice against the skin. Really flexible too, because of the amount of gel and the material. I use ice packs daily and these are the best I’ve tried.I read another review that said they freeze solid if you leave them in the freezer too long. That person was mistaken. All gel ice packs get stiff when you freeze them, and you just have to squish or bend them a few times to make it softer. I keep these in the freezer for days at a time and they’re fine.

I have hot flashes every night, going on 25 years now. It really helps to have this ice pack under my pillow so I can flip my pillow over for cooling comfort throughout the night. I bought 2 and keep them in the freezer for at least 24 hours each, and they stay cold for 9 hours or more, still cold the next morning. These work so much better than those Icyhot bags you buy at the drugstore that eventually start leaking. To cut down on the intense cold, you can wrap them in a towel for application. It is a tri-fold construction – 3 compartments that can be doubled over or wrapped around a leg or arm. I wouldn’t freeze it for too long if you want it to remain flexible. When it is completely unfolded, it’s about the size of a standard size bed pillow. An excellent investment that should last many years. I will update if it disappoints.

I had a previous gel pad with the same size but definitely less gel than this one. Put it in the freezer during the day and slip it under my pillow case at night. Stays cool for hours (up to 6-7 hours). I don’t sleep directly on it for it’s really cold and like ice, the pillow case can get a bit wet. I put a thin blanket on my pillow and boy, it’ s so refreshing especially on hot nights. It’s a bit heavier than other pads but it does the job!
