My favorite prenatal
I felt confident knowing that I was getting all of the recommended nutrition during my pregnancy thanks to these wonderful prenatal vitamins. I had a beautiful, uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery and now have a happy, healthy 6 month old.

A great go-to for postpartum!
I am admittedly already a huge Healthybaby fan for my babes, but I am also just so into this vitamin! I love that their vitamins are packaged by trimester so that I can have the adequate nutrition I need in real time, and that this one will take me through postpartum, which is a time where so many birthing parents are often left in the dust nutritionally. I appreciate that they have little sayings, tips, advice, or opportunities to connect on their packing. The individual packets make them easy to throw in your bag so you can open them nightly or take them on the go. It’s definitely a mouthful of pills to get down so worth being aware, but that’s the case with vitamins that will actually serve you, health wise. It’s so great that they’re now on Amazon for easy ordering with other things for the family. Love this company, and very happy with this product.

Best post natal vitamins
I’ve been using these postnatal vitamins and I’m really happy with them. Love that each of the prenatal and postnatal vitamins are customized by trimester. Most women think that once you give birth that you no longer need to take suppliments which is not the case. The vitamins containt 27 essential and bioavailable nutrients customized to support continued needs of a new mom. The pills are also easy to swallow, and I love that they’re gentle on my stomach—I haven’t experienced any nausea, which can sometimes be an issue with supplements.Overall, I would highly recommend these vitamins to any expecting or new mom looking for a reliable and comprehensive supplement.

WAY TOO MANY PILLS
I bought these because the information about the product formulation and development seems spot on for my first trimester. Clean ingredients, research-backed and specially formulated by trimester needs. HOWEVER, with the usual nausea and queasiness that come with the first trimester this is WAY, WAY too many pills to take daily. 8 pills a day, while trying to keep food down is sometimes an impossible feat. I will not repurchase, the concept was great but not for me.

Stop the Pseudoscience Advice
Appreciate the self-love and optimistic messages on the packaging but disappointed to see a company that is catering to a vulnerable population encourage pseudoscience messaging. Not all of the advice is research-backed and some of it is misleading. For example “vaginal seeding” which was recommended on the packaging as a “powerful and natural solve” is not an evidence based practice and can lead to harm if not done by a research professional. It’s a theory, not a fact. This company has no business giving healthcare advice of this nature to expectant mothers. Certainly makes me question the legitimacy of the supplements and I’m hesitant to repurchase. It’s giving “crystal girl” science if you will. The various forms of the included vitamins/minerals included appear to be fairly bioavailable with a few exceptions however supplements in general aren’t regulated nor wholly understood in terms of optimal application. That said, pleased with the packaging, other self-love messaging and my experience with the supplements as they have not caused any side effects to my knowledge. Generally feel good after taking them so I continued to take them after reviewing the ingredients closely. Pricey buy-in, but it was a fun try. Hard to get over the messaging despite them otherwise being good supplements.

Best on the Market
After having a kid with a neurological disability, finding a good prenatal vitamin was really important. Based on all my research, this was the best of the best! Baby girl was just born and it is super healthy! I know they are expensive, but I feel good about giving her what she needed in utero.

A great postnatal backed by research
I did a lot of research on prenatal and postnatal vitamins to find one that is clean, made in the US and has everything I need nutritionally. I like that HealthyNest has different formulations for each trimester and post-birth and they’re backed by hundreds of research studies. The packaging is convenient and beautiful, with lots of thoughtful touches and stats that make me feel confident in my choice. The pills come individually portioned for every day. Yes, the fish oil pills are big – but that makes me feel like I’m definitely getting all the Omega-3s I need! No upset stomach when taken after breakfast with a glass of water.
