Foreign object buried in cream.
After using the body butter a few times, I reached in the jar to scoop a bit out, and felt something hard. Found a 3/4″ piece of hard black plastic in the cream. Have attached a picture. Binned the remainder out of fear it had been tampered with. Didn’t contact seller because I figured they’d blame manufacturer and vice versa. Very disappointed because I have used this cream for a few years, and it’s the only thing I’ve found that prevents my heels from cracking when I use it daily. I think Inis should have a sealed film covering the jar of body butter under the screw off lid to prevent things like this.Edit: Changing review based on seller’s stellar response. Inis Energy of the Sea contacted me very quickly and apologized about the foreign object in the cream and immediately offered me a refund. Also heard from their customer service manager who was very concerned about what happened. Very rare to get such outstanding and quick customer service nowadays. Since I love the product, I am assuming this was a unique situation, as I’ve used this product for a few years now and never had an issue prior to this. The body butter is excellent and very moisturizing without being greasy. It soaks into your skin quickly and smells really good. And as mentioned above, it’s the only product I found that with daily use prevents cracked heels in the cold dry winter months.

This body cream is stunning! It’s creamy and absolutely beautiful smelling. There’s nothing else like it. I believe I have found my fragrance. I highly recommend this product and, if I could, I would give this product 10 stars! I recommend putting on the body oil first and then this body cream. Wow!

Inis is some of the cleanest, freshest soap I have ever used. I buy it for gifts and it’s to be used by either sex. The cologne, lotions and oils are amazing as well. My bathroom smells so good just from having a bar of soap opened in it. More expensive that regular soap but well worth it!
