Can’t recommend enough! I drive bus and it gets HOT in the summer, these were able to keep me cool enough to survive 120⁰ f in a bus in summer for hours, they dont even need a refrigerator!

You want these.You NEED these.My ‘personal summer’ moments last all day. I went from’that poor lady who’s cold all the time’ to “do you think I could get away with only wearing a sports bra in winter? No? I don’t think I can leave my house where the thermostat’s set at 60F.”Have you tried the reusable plastic hand warmers where you bend a metal piece inside of the warmer, the clear liquid inside turns cloudy, and the liquid stays warm for a half hour or so? This is like those, but simpler. They’re cloudy (and moderately cold) inside until they touch something warm. When they warm up (as you cool off) the liquid turns from cloudy to clear. That’s when you remove it. Then, the coolest thing happens—all you do is put it somewhere (purse, on a coffee table, etc) and they become cool/ cold again, ready for re-use.(!!!!!!!!!)These are AMAZING.These are discreet and easy to use. 10/10, Highly recommend.

Disappointed
I typically do not leave negative reviews but these are absolutely terrible. First of all they are not cold or even cool to the touch AT ALL unless you freeze them first.. which the whole draw for me was you didn’t need to do that. Secondly once you take them out of the freezer they are so incredibly stiff good luck trying to get them to mold comfortably. I’ve enjoy several of Joylux products and just assumed this would be just as great.. super disappointing as the claims are just false.

I wish I had found these years ago because they really do help. Better yet, you do not have to douse them with cold water or put them in the freezer. I am not sure how they work, but I am just happy they do. I have a double whammy when it comes to overheating because of MS and Menopause. A good amount of my time is spent being close to a fan. In the short time I have been using these I have not had to use my fan.They are very easy to use and relatively discreet. They last at least 30 minutes, but that has varied depending on how warm I have been. Having two sets mean I always have a second set ready for use. After use it does not take them long to return to their cooler state. I am so happy I decided to try these because they really to work.

At slightly below room temperatures they feel like they’re freezing, and start to crystallize and chill, and slowly warm to your skin temperature on contact. When they come back to ambient temperature they really do feel significantly chilled, but not so cold you jump or get any discomfort placing these in very sensitive areas. Putting these in the fridge gives the same effect as putting a regular gel pack in the freezer. Bonus off label use: these are phenomenal at cooling first and second degree burns as long as the skin is still solid. They don’t cool too fast, so they’re safer to use on damaged skin than an ice pack, and the 4 pack means you can keep swapping them out as they warm up and need to reset. Way less messy that wet cloths.

Great concept. Works well but only for about 10 mins. I’ve put a frozen freezie under that lasted far longer, but not convenient.

Make sure you you buy 2srts to keep cool! They don’t stay cold long!But there easy to use!
