Exceptional option for overnight and extended daytime use
I primarily use these for overnight needs, and they have been a game-changer. The absorbency is impressive; they can easily handle a full night without any leaks, which provides a lot of peace of mind. While they are designed for overnight, I’ve also found them useful for daytime situations where a quick change isn’t convenient, simply because they hold so much more than a standard diaper.The comfort level is high, and I particularly appreciate the hook-and-loop tabs. They make it very easy to adjust the fit exactly how you need it, and they stay secure once fastened.The only real downside is the cost. They are definitely on the expensive side compared to “normal” options. However, because they are so much more effective and you don’t have to change them as frequently, the value is there if you need heavy-duty protection.Pros: Superior absorbency (reliable for overnight use). Zero leaks in my experience.Highly adjustable hook-and-loop tabs for a custom fit. Very comfortable for long-term wear.Cons: Premium price point.Verdict: I highly recommend these for anyone who struggles with overnight leaks or needs long-duration wear. If you are looking for the cheapest option, these aren’t it, but for performance and reliability, they are worth the extra cost.

Med line diapers very disappointed
My daughter is allergic to many brands of diapers. It took me many brands before we found the extended wear in Extra small many years ago. They have been one of the best absorbent diapers I’ve purchased with no issues for rashes etc. UNTIL NOW. Fit right /Medline diapers are now subpar. If it is not in the original line, s,m, l, etc. please don’t waste your money. I’ve purchased all of there alterations & alternatives due to them removing her Medium diapers and re-designing the line in a 1,2,3 etc style.The diapers are not the same. In a side by side comparison: The leak guard is poor or almost not there, you can feel the difference in padding, the 1 diapers have across the body tabs – one per side, very little elastic in back. I’ve tried them out overnight & one medium pee leaked. Try 2 fail terribly too, her normal Medium diaper will last, but not one of the new brands, specifically these 1 are compatible. PLEASE ANY MOM , DAD OR ADULT READ BEFORE BUYING

Not very good absorbancy, but the best for I’ve found in the price range.
The absorbancy of this product is really not any better than a store brand adult brief, and the cost is a bit higher. What makes these better than store brand is the fit. Not certain how these fit better with only one tab per side, but they really do just fit better than any other adult brief in this price range. I use these with a booster pad to increase the capacity and it works pretty well. I will continue searching for a budget brief that I like even more, but so far this has been the best.

Diminishing Quality
I am about done with Medline adult briefs. I have been using Medline product line for my spouse since 2012. When I first started using them they were top notch quality. I could not have asked for a better product. The Fitright Restore were well made, great fit, stellar absorbency & closure tabs were wonderful. Then a slide with tab quality-the brief would not stay closed. I invested big dollars in tape to add tab closure support. I had to tape the bottom portion of the tab to the brief in order to keep the tab affixed to the brief. While it was a pain to constantly tape over the tabs I continued to do it because of the other aforementioned positive qualities.Medline decided it was time to screw with the fit of the briefs. I started looking for other options. I decided to give the Medline Stretch Brief a try. To my amazement they worked GREAT! I no longer had to tape over tabs to secure the brief. I loved NOT having to buy tape to tape the tabs. The fit worked well for my spouse & the absorbency quality did not suffer, until recently. I thought it was my imagination the brief filler was thinning. But I could not explain why every single underpad was getting wet. The only reason had to be Medline thinned the brief filler or changed their filler supplier. I have no clue what happened. I do know I have spent thousands if not 10s of thousands over the past 11 years on Medline products. Today May 23, 2023 I end my subscription of Medline briefs. I will continue to search for a quality brief that does NOT scrimp on quality or fix what is NOT broken, the fit.No longer can I recommend Medline briefs. That is a shame.

海外から持ってこれるということで　おそらくＵＳから？の配送。一枚辺りの金額から　値段は現実的なのですが、性能はいまいちややハイレグ調で横漏れが心配　素材はやや硬め。２枚テープ止めは不安が残る。正直国内メーカの方が安くて安心できるので、よっぽどの事が無い限りこちらを選択することはないかな
