How do I charge the Multi-Care Cream Pen?
The Cream Pen uses a Type-C charging cable, just like most smartphones. Simply connect it to any USB port or power adapter. It’s easy and convenient for everyday use.
Is the device waterproof?
The device is splash-resistant, meaning you can safely clean it with a damp cloth or wet wipes. However, please avoid rinsing it directly under running water or soaking it in water, as this may damage the internal parts.
How long does it take to fully charge and how can I tell when it’s ready?
It usually takes about 50 minutes to fully charge and never more than 100 minutes. While charging, the indicator light glows red and will turn solid green once fully charged. The pen automatically stops charging when full.
What functions or modes does the ComfortNip Pen have?
The pen offers 3 modes:Vibration Mode (Green light):smothing relief.
Heating Mode (Red light): Warms up to about 104°F (40°C) for soothing relaxation.
Cooling Mode (Blue light): Cools down to about 59°F (15°C) for instant comfort.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
With a full charge, the battery can last for approximately 5.5 hours in Vibration Mode, 2.5 hours in Heating Mode, or 50 minutes in Cooling Mode. Battery life may vary slightly depending on usage and environment.

For sinuses and head colds!
I use it on my face when I have a sinus infection or head cold. Massage with vicks or essential oils to help drain lymph buildup under my eyes, just below the cheek, and also below the ear.This item is perfect, it heats up surprisingly fast and gets cold fast too. The massage vibration helps move mucous in sinuses to allow it to drain. I love this!

Your nipples can get chapped, swollen, and just plain beat up. This little gadget is a true game changer, like a heaven sent comfort for the everyday pain.It does this gentle massage thing. A soft little vibration that really helps work out the soreness and stimulate things when you need it. The hot and cold options are brilliant. I don’t use the heat often, but the instant cool down feature is an absolute must for those times my nipples are on fire from a tough pumping session. It’s a great way to soothe the sting, cracks, and general itchiness. Also, I want to mention that the cold triggers a let down for me.Now, about the cream. It’s tucked right in the pen, which is fantastic because it means no more messy hands. You just glide it on with the hygienic stainless steel head. If you ever got chapped nipples while nursing, this will be a dream come true, but you have to add it with the cream. It was easy to set up. The settings are simple, and the functionality is simple as well. Whether you prefer a heating treatment or a cold treatment, the functionality handles both very well. Really nice for breastfeeding
This pen helps a lot for breastfeeding. It gets nice and warm, and nice and cold with a simple touch. It helps soothe soreness due to chapped skin. It also has a vibrate function which I feel like helps with breastfeeding.The cream it comes with is also nice, and feels soothing. It’s moisturizing and not greasy which is also a big plus.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. The best thing about this is the cream. I would buy the cream on it’s own. To my surprise when I opened the package, it said it could be used on the lips and hands… so I thought why not!? This is the BEST lip cream ever. It works great on the nipples too, buy whoa, it’s great on your face! I also use it as lotion… and again- FABULOUS. It might be the shea butter… but wow, it’s amazing. Now for the applicator… it’s a neat idea. I think I would have loved this the first few nights at the hospital when starting a BF routine. It heats up fast and really does get quite cold! The smooth applicator feels great on dry, cracked, skin. You don’t need to use too much of this product to make a big difference. I hope that momcozy sells the cream to refill, I would absolutely buy it. The battery lasts a long time and I actually haven’t had to charge it yet, still using it on the initial charge it came with. I think this is pricy, but a fair price for what it is. Definitely more of a luxury item, and goes a step beyond nipple cream. This could be just the think to treat a new mom to for her hospital bag!

Nice option to add to a nursing mama’s collection
Great pen, especially for on-the-go use. You can choose between heat, cool, or vibe. Each setting works decently well, with the cool one being my personal favorite. Perfect for both new mamas and for the joyous time when babe is just getting teeth and begins biting. The cream is also nice! I like that it doesn’t contain lanolin. It absorbs well into my skin and is hydrating. It’s baby-safe, so it’s okay to nurse right afterward (although I apply it after nursing instead of prior). I also appreciate that the cream is replaceable!
