Best matress ever! I ordered a second one!
If you are debating buying this mattress, this is your sign to buy it! It is the best mattress ever!I bought this for my newborn who is due any day now and when the mattress arrived, I opened it and put it in the living room to air out until my husband finished work and could put it in the nursery. This was a mistake! First of all, the matress has a very clean natural smell so no airing out required. Secondly, my one and a half year old became obsessed with this mattress. He would jump and roll and lay on it. The mattress in his crib was a normal poly filled mattress so we got rid of his old mattress, gave him this one, and bought another for our newborn. Since switching our toddler to this mattress,:he sleeps much deeper, he never wakes up in the middle of the night (he used to wake up every night with the old mattress), instead of waking me up in the morning, he sleeps in so I wake him up, and he wakes up in a great mood instead of crying like he did with the old matress.I love this mattress! It has made my life so much easier.

I have owned the Naturepedic No Compromise Organic Cotton Lightweight Crib Mattress for two years now and have loved it. It is truly lightweight, so changing sheets is very easy to do. A mattress pad isn’t necessary – you can easily wipe the surface of this mattress. When it was time for our second child to use the mattress I noticed the sagging. Naturepedic crib mattresses come with a lifetime warranty. So I contacted customer service and within 24 hours a new crib mattress was on its way. It was that easy – no haggling, or back and forth. All I had to do was send my crib mattress back, using the prepaid shipping label and the packaging the new mattress came in, within 30 days. The new mattress is perfect – its firm, fits in the crib properly and doesn’t have an odor others have reported. I couldn’t be happier and I am thrilled that Naturepedic stands behind its products.

Great mattress for sensitive skin. keeps them cool and comfortable
Great mattress for kids that like being cool. Nice firm but soft. Cleaning the mattress seems good. Drools don’t stain terribly and remains easy to down.Overall expensive but our child is sensitive skin. Been over year and no rashes or other discomfort. Sleeps through the night without issues. Previous mattress left him in sweats when we would pick him up.

Overall pleased, just a few minor flaws
So far this matress is 4 stars. Will try to update after a few months of baby sleeping on it.At first glance:•Packaged well•There is no chemical smell, only that of maybe yeast or flour?… not bothersome.•very firm (important for safety, we personally prefer this)•rigid waterproof surface (not sewn down in the same direction, so the edge sticks out and does not lay flat under sheet. It is at least on the side of matress where there is no contact with baby.•Very lightweight•The waterproof surface (seems very heavy duty) has rigid corners, so I’m wondering if over time, rubbing because of sheet changes and in/out of crib will damage the corners and cause holes in those rigid areas or break down stability of corners.•Fits our standard crib. Could be 1 cm wider for perfect fit.•You will need to buy crib sheets with a bit of stretch. Target crib sheets would not fit. Burt’s Bees organic cotton sheets fit nicely.
