Vital to recovery!
I had a lumpectomy procedure last week and these were great to have. They were much larger than I was expecting but they ended up being perfect. (I am/was a 34B). I highly recommend you get these BEFORE your procedure and have them ready to go in your freezer for when you get home. I made sure to put them in the freezer flat so that there were no bumps to poke into my fresh surgery site. One side of these is plastic and the other side is a soft velvety cloth which is much nicer to put against your skin. I would also tuck them into my bra or between a layer of bra/shirt with a compression band on top to hold it. (My elbows would get sore after holding ice or compression with my hand). Best wishes to you for your procedure. You can do this!! FYI, the actual surgery was much, much easier than the stereotactic biopsy or SAVI placemnent!!

A must have for breast surgery
These were perfect for the breast surgery I underwent last month. I ordered two packs because they are thin and thaw quickly, and that was perfect. They also fit under and around the breast comfortably and can conform how you need them. They are flocked on the back side allowing the cool to come through while keeping the plastic off your skin. The flocking also washes easily by wiping with a damp rag.

These work great for after a breast biopsy, especially if you develop a hematoma with swelling. I’m five days post biopsy and still using it. Helps the pain considerably. The shape works great too.

Do not stay cold long
Bought for my breast reduction. I wish they stayed colder longer than they did. They stayed cold for maybe 10 min. Definitely not worth it. The size is perfect.

Fantastic! I wanted an inexpensive option for temporary post-surgical use…so not looking for a long-term investment. I ordered this set and WOW am I impressed! The quality is fantastic for such a low-cost option. I ordered the light orange color and they are actually pretty. They come in very nice packaging including a storage bag for use in the freezer to protect against any possible food odors. I highly recommend this set. A+

Broken immediately
The seal broke the first time used it and needed it unfortunately. Amazon was not helpful in a refund and wanted more than one photo of it – I had had surgery that morning so I only snapped one before I had to clean the beads up.
