Trim
Simply use a pair of scissors to trim scar tape to fit the size and shape of your scar.
Apply to Clean, Dry Skin
Peel from liner and apply with adhesive side down. For best results, apply to clean, dry skin, and do not stretch the tape during application.
Wear for 12-14 Hours
Wear your scar tape for a minimum of 12 hours. For best results, wear them for 24 hours.
Wash and Reuse
Gently wash and air dry scar tape between uses. If recommendations are followed, you can wear your sheets for up to 7 days before replacing.

Comfortable, effective scar care with noticeable pain relief
I’ve been using these silicone scar sheets consistently, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how comfortable and effective they are.They’re very soft, flexible, and easy to cut to length, which makes them highly functional for different areas. The adhesive works extremely well — I can leave them on for multiple days at a time without peeling or shifting, and they stay comfortable even with regular movement.One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed is pain relief and skin softening. Keeping them on for extended periods noticeably reduces sensitivity and discomfort, and when removed, the skin feels smoother and more relaxed. Over time, there has also been visible improvement in texture, which speaks to their effectiveness when used consistently.Beyond the physical results, there’s a real sense of reassurance that comes with using something that actively supports healing. Really Great Product for Total Knee Replacement!
I had Total Knee Replacement 9 weeks ago. I’m not going to lie, it is rough. But, this product has worked great. I wasn’t sure if it would stick to my knee with how much it bends and straightens, but there are no problems. It goes on easily and adheres well. I used A I and found that it is best to put it on a slightly bent knee so it is not too loose when your knee is straight and not too tight when it is bent. One of the best things I like about it is that it makes it so much easier to massage my scar. It was kind of creepy to me when I actually had to rub my scar when I was using a gel treatment at first. I can’t speak to the final result yet as I have only used this tape for about two weeks, but I can already feel that it is not as raised and is much smoother (something that did not happen with the gel.) My physical therapist says it will really help my scar be less visible in the long run. I highly recommend this product! If you are reading this, chances are you have had TKR. Good luck with your recovery- Hang in there, it will get easier- slowly.

This stuff is great, very sticky, easy to cut up, unsure whether helped with my scar as is primarily atrophic but I think it helped

Comfortable, reusable, and stays on well Review
The roll length is great—easy to cut to exactly what you need. It’s comfortable to wear and stayed on better than I expected. After regular use, it helped flatten and soften scar areas. Clean the skin first for best adhesion and wash/reuse the tape as directed.

Works on old healed scars, but not new scars
Edit: the company gave me a full refund for my inconvenience and apologized! I can appreciate when companies own up to mistakes and tries their best to resolve the problem. I’m changing my review from a 1 star to a 3 star.I am 4 months post surgery. I wore it for a week and it gave part of my scar a small chemical burn/irritation spot. I have put them on older scars and haven’t any issues, so maybe it was just the fact that it was a new scar?! Not sure…

Excellent, Excellent. A strip does actually last a full week plus. It is soft, easy to use and a complete bargain for the price! I have had others that are either so flimsy they fall apart after one use, or too stiff and uncomfortable on a scar. Completely recommend!
