Awesome
This thing is very nice and comfortable. It comes with straps to help keep it in place. It freezes pretty fast. The plastic bag keeps it from developing frost on it and the soft part feels just right on your skin. It works as intended.

A terrific pain reliever
This ice pack is a godsend! I have degenerative spine and lower back problems and this product does a fantastic job. The pack is made extremely well. I keep it in the vegetable bin in my refrigerator. It is cool enough that way. I don’t need it frozen. I awake in the mornings sometimes bent over and hurting from the bottom of my neck to my low back. Fifteen minutes of me lying with this along my spine and lower back and I can get up and walk upright again. Worth every penny to me! I don’t see the need of my replacing it again either. It’s that kind of quality!

This is one of the best cold pack wraps I’ve ever had. I like the fact that it has straps and you can use it to wrap other parts of your body with, it is large enough to cover my full back. It’s just worth the money, very satisfied customer.

I like it overall
It’s gets pretty cold and is effective mostly when laying down. One side is really cold and the other is plush soft and delivers a good coolness. I’d say it’s worth it to have handy.

Great Large Ice Pack
This ice pack is very nice and large, although it is also really heavy, which is expected of one so large. I am a large woman and the straps do not fit around. I can just use it without the straps and it works well. I would say it stays pretty cold for quite a while, although I will wish it would stay cold a little longer even though my physical therapist said I should only keep it on for 20 minutes at a time. I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s large, but folds in half to put in your freezer which is helpful.

Easy to use ice pack
I just received this item the other day and the two times I used it it was great. It covered a larger area than the other packs. Kept cold longer and gets very cold. You do need to put a towel between it and your skin so you do not get freezer burn. It helped with my back and hip pain.I am going to order another one so I can use one on my back and one on my thigh at the same time because it works so well. It was very flexible so you are not putting a stone of ice on your back. I liked that it doesn’t have a smell to it and comes with a bag you can put it in.I would recommend it.
