A Simple Upgrade That Brings Joy to my Daily Spaces
I am very happy with this ocean scene and butterfly toilet seats I purchased. They add real design appeal and charm to each bathroom. It’s such a small upgrade, but it makes the spaces feel more personalized and inviting.The slow-close lid works extremely well and feels sturdy and well-made. I did find the installation process a bit unique and slightly challenging at first, but the QR code made a big difference. Being a visual learner, I appreciated being able to watch the installation video rather than relying only on written instructions.Overall, these seats combine function and style beautifully. I genuinely enjoy small touches of visual delight in everyday spaces, and these deliver exactly that. I would definitely recommend them.

7 months later….garbage.
Looked perfect…in the box. Installation was another issue. You have to turn the mounting hardware to make it “longer” or “shorter”, to fit the bowl. Then, there are very long screws on to which you have to thread on the bolts, almost standing on your head, which is about par for toilet seats. It comes with a plastic thing-y to screw on the bolt, which can’t be tightened tight enough with the very limited space. So, have to buy an extended socket so I can really tighten the bolts. Otherwise, it looks nice. I like the slow closing lid, too. It is now 7 months later. It is completely off. It would NEVER stay as installed. It was always moving from side to side, when in use. Today, I found one of the long screws on the sink….broken off, probably put there by my husband.. I took the rest of it off, removed the other screw and the “adjusting” circles (to make it longer or shorter on the bowl). Then, I see there are fine cracks underneath the seat (something you really would not look closely for, in a NEW toilet seat.) Now, I will try to “jerry rig” to see if I can, somehow, get this to fit, and stay on, tightly. I may have to go to Home Depot to see if they have any suggestions. Meanwhile, I suggest to stay away from this one, as it is not worth the hassle. I only bought this one because it closely matched my new sink…it did look nice, which is about the only thing about it. FURTHER EDIT: It is garbage. It has been only 7 months since purchase. Had a plumber here for something else. He took a look at it. Noted the bottom is starting to peel. All the screws had broken off. Can’t even be gerry rigged to fit. Have to buy a new one, from the plumber. Would love to get my money back, but doubt I will. DON’T BUY THESE! Just reduced this to one star, whic is being very generous! I wrote to Amazon, who said my letter was forwarded to the seller. So far, Thanksgiving, now…end of November…no answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF JUNK. All I want is my money back, If they want pictures, I’ll send them. Right now, it is my garage..looks wonderful, there. Was advised this was being sent to the seller. I never heard a word. I have been ripped off by the seller, and no one seems to even respond. The seat is still in my garage…in December! Don’t buy from this seller. It is garbage. And, so is this seat. Hope Amazon drops this seller for selling junk.

Have two of these that have been in use for several years. The hinge broke on one of them and I contacted the manufacturer to see if I could purchase a proprietary hinge assembly. They got back to me and offered to ship me a new one free of charge. Can’t beat customer service like that. Love these seats! They open easily and close softly and quietly – never fail. I bought a third one as I thought I’d never get a replacement hinge assembly, but saved the seat and cover and will restore it as a backup once the replacement parts arrive. Great seller and great seat – neither show signs of chipping or where, and one of them is out in an unheated outhouse. And what a great variety of designs.

Didn’t Last A Year
Sadly these toilet seats didn’t stay sturdy long enough, two were purchased last year in March and they have been slowly becoming unstable, this morning was the last of the seats capabilities. Because of the design they are not build to last long, the seats pop out of the top hole making the seats loose and unstable with no way to tighten or secure them even with the bottom under bolts and nuts used for securing them. Cleaning was easy, noise level was great, installation was simple but the plastic material was possible the ruin. The seats looked great but no longer usable or safe.

Beautiful, sturdy, metal parts not plastic. I’m 64 yr old woman and this was so simple to install. Directions were easy to follow and everything needed to install was sent with the seat (no other tools necessary). I recommend

Una lástima que nos pongan a perder tiempo si ven que están enviando un producto con bisagras defectuosas (rotas) para que las envían así y solo tienes la opción de regresarlo y perder mucho tiempo en lugar de reponer lo que viene mal y de inicio no mandar cosas rotas sería mejor
