Helped Soften and Fade My Scar – Comfortable and Easy to Use
I bought this silicone scar sheet roll after a recent surgery, and I’m really happy with the results so far. What I love most is that you can cut it to the exact size you need, so nothing goes to waste.The silicone feels soft and flexible, and it sticks well without hurting my skin when I remove it. I’ve worn it for several hours at a time, and it stays in place even while moving around. It’s also very comfortable under clothes, and you can barely notice it’s there.After a couple of weeks of consistent use, I’ve noticed my scar looks flatter, smoother, and less red. It’s not a miracle overnight, but there is definitely visible improvement.I also like that the roll lasts a long time, so it’s a great value for the price compared to the small pre-cut sheets.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone dealing with surgical scars, C-section scars, or older scars. I will continue using it.

Awesome product
This silicone scar tape is really great. I’ve been using it for a while now and I have to say, I’m impressed. It comes in a roll, but can cut to whatever size I need. It stays in place even when worn under clothes and I can visibly see the difference in the scar I used it for

YES!! After a couple weeks of steadfast use, it has smoothed out the humped up finger scar from a fusion surgery done on my finger six weeks ago. I assume it is doing what it is intended to do and the incision has become vary faint. YAY!! However, when I remove the tape after following the gradual length of time options printed on the side of the box for duration, my finger is normally a bit red. See all the pictures attached. That dissipates after about 45 minutes. The skin dryness I do NOT attribute to the tape, but due to the surgery itself as they used some hefty orange liquid on my skin that dried my skin severely, plus I have to wear a removeable finger cast 24 hrs a day. As for swelling, my hands have always swelled due to arthritis and NOT from this tape. The black spot on my first joint is still some blood that hasn’t peeled off yet so NOT a result of this scar tape. Once the fingertip fuses about four more weeks, I expect that the scar will be very faint at that point and a non-issue. The white shiny line on the second and third pictures is the scar, but it is now smooth to the touch rather than humped up slightly. Other than for temporary redness, I would give the tape five stars. There is a nice amount of product for the low cost depending on how much you need to cut each time. The piece can be re-used multiple times…in my case about 4-5 times…before needing to cut another piece from the roll. I simply store it reattached to the backing film until next use. The product is flexible and blends with my skin tone. It sticks to the skin VERY well but the skin’s NOT sticky feeling at all once removed. The edges, corner, and center of the tape stayed in place and doesn’t begin to peel off anywhere until I easily remove it. My finger cast may have helped with that though I doubt it would when used on scars elsewhere. This is a good product and I would say definitely give it a try if you are on the fence about ordering it. I wouldn’t hesitate to order it again! It would be helpful to have it available to purchase in a darker version for other skin tones though.

It’s ok, just not meant for bendy parts like fingers
I got 2nd degree burns on my left hand a couple of months ago, I’m at the stage of healing that silicone tape could help. I tried it and yes, they stick pretty well, but the next morning I woke up to find the tape all rolled up around my fingers, it didn’t stay in place longer than the 8hrs I was asleep. I try not to bend my fingers but it seems that it’s not meant for a spot that is flexible or bendable. I cannot comfortably give this a good rating when I had higher hopes of the tape sticking and lasting longer.

Using this tape is nonthreatening. It can even be reapplied without losing its adhesive properties.
In the attached image, I had to use an arrow or you wouldn’t be able to see the tape which was moved from an incision on my abdomen to my arm (referenced below) to take a picture that could be posted. The second image is a zoom of the first image.While Injury (a cut or abrasion of any type) traumatizes the skin, this tape has a soft, soothing presence. I cut a piece off the roll to place over a recent incision and it is still in place, sitting completely flat against the skin on my arm, including all four edges and corners. At some point in the future, the right side of my thyroid will be removed, a surgery that is not performed laparoscopically, which will leave a two-to-three-inch scar across my neck.This tape will be perfectly suited to use at that time, and I will likely use it on every cut from now on, even paper cuts.Use on keloid skin was mentioned in the description. I have a friend with keloid skin—very hard to control—her scars take on the form of already-been-chewed bubble gum. Using this tape would not only be a cosmetic advantage for her, but a safety advantage for the keloid skin itself, sticking out as it does.I was able to move the tape from my the incision on my abdomen to a random place on my arm, close to my hands. It retained its original attachability, and no stickiness is left on the skin it had been attached to. Its sticky property isn’t applied to the tape, rather seems to be a property inherent to the tape itself. It is even softer to the touch than the skin it is applied to, is as soft as a baby’s skin and is definitely worth the price of $7.99 for a roll. This product actually exceeds expectations.
