Stopped Working Out of Nowhere
Got this thing a little over a month ago and the pump already quit on me. It worked fine the first couple of times, then one day it just refused to turn on. Swapped in fresh batteries, cleaned everything, tried every trick I could think of—still dead. Super frustrating. I expected it to last longer than a handful of uses.

After having surgery this has been perfect for recovery.It’s light weight, foldable and easy to use. You don’t need a lot of water as the fountain function keeps the water circulating. Worth every penny.

Folded Seam Tore Faster Than Expected
I thought the design looked convenient, but the foldable section didn’t hold up at all. After just a few uses, the crease area started to split, and the tear kept getting bigger every day. Now it’s basically unusable. Really disappointed because I was hoping this would last a while, but the material just isn’t durable.

Bit flawed and if you never used one no instructions.
As a first time Sitzbath user instructions would be helpful, using them on someone’s backside issues requires the pump to be in a different position than it would be for someone using them for lady parts, but where? There’s tabs for where clips hold the hose on manual models so if that’s the right spot you can’t put the pump there. And adjusting the flow from the pump itself instead of the battery pack does not seem the most convenient, so you have to stand up with your backside dripping water to adjust the switch on the pump that’s in the water, who thought of that? Also the overflow holes worked so well my bathroom rug got saturated and I needed a couple full-size bath towels to clean up the overflow. Returning.

My toilet is standard UK size – this was too small to fit. It is also hard plastic and will damage sanitary wear. Totally useless as not safe to sit on a moving bit of hard plastic. Save your money folks.
