This product is a life saver for my husband. He wears them both in the day time and over night. These are the only ones that work for him. They fit and absorb nicely. These enable him to enjoy more of his life. The only thing he doesn’t like is the fact that they leak.

These are the best for my size 4 – 5X
These are the best for my size 4 – 5X, I believe, because these are the largest you can buy. I have to cut the diapers so it’s not so tight around my upper thighs and if I’m not REALLY careful I cut in too far around the leg holes and the stuff inside comes pouring out. Looks / feels a little like sand coming out and it gets all over and the diaper becomes less absorbent. Wish the legs were clearly marked so one would know exactly where not to cut into.Otherwise these are great; comfortable and absorbent. Expensive of course. I’m looking to find washable soft, cotton stretch washable diapers that I could toss in the washer and dryer myself. Throwing all these disposable ones out (headed for a landfill) makes me feel terribly saddened and ashamed. These are lately not being made with care or with the better paper material (?) like they used to be. I wonder if they have switched from China to Mexico, or some such? I’m sure they’re being made where the workers have little or no rights, get paid dirt and in an area of the world with little or no environmental laws. Terrible…I’d pay more, much more, to get something where ethical treatment of people and plants and animals was standard.

Keeps me dry overnight
The cost of this might be a little higher than other brands but it is worth the extra $.I purchased Attends and these at the same time. Having used the tranquility brand I knew what to expect. Without going into detail, I wont be buying Attends again.These are much more absorbent than any other brands giving the confidence of waking up to a dry bed.

Comparing 3 very similar 2X pullup underwears
I have three types side-by-side, thought I’d share some details. The first thing to note is that the differences are very modest, I don’t see why any should be called “daytime” or “overnight”, they are about the same.1) The old Attends Model ap0750. They work fine. They are sold under ten different links at Amazon, half the time with wrong picture so you don’t know what you are getting. Thanks, Amazon.2) The new Attends model au50 is marked “bariatric” on wrapper. They’ve been improved by making the cotton pad about an inch longer in front and back. Otherwise identical to old model.Attends Underwear Extra Absorbency 250 lb./2XL to 3XL/Case of 483) Tranquility Premium. Has a heavier pad than either Attends version, so it is going to be slightly more absorbant. The pad is not wider, and it does not offer the extended length of the new Attends. The waist band has 2 inches more girth than the Attends, it’s probably closer to a 3X size. I notice the stitching and printing are identical to old version of Attends – I’m sure the same factory in China is punching these babies out.Tranquility Premium OverNight Pull-On Underwear XXL Pack/12 (62-80 in.)Tranquility OverNight Underwear – XX-Large 48/csThe width (up and down) of the waist band is the same in all three, quite wide.The Tranquility will be your choice if you need the extra waist size or absorbancy. I’m going for longer pad on Attends. Both are high quality.Old style Attends are clearance priced in stores like Walmart. I expect the links at Amazon to the old Attends models will start shipping new styles randomly without updating their pics or desciptions.The vendor “Cheap Chux” sometimes has their best price at Amazon, sometimes has a better deal at their web site.
