Alittle goes a long way!
We have used this on our daughter since birth and it works great as a remedy for diaper rash. It is nice and thick when we put it on but it quickly absorbs and acts fast to relieve discomfort. Also these tubs last a long time.

Hubby recently had prostate surgery and is now dealing with temporary incontinence post op.He’s wearing Depends underwear and the nurse suggested wiping down with adult wipes between changes to keep the area clean, and using a cream such as this to keep the area dry.Tho this paste is marketed as use for babies, it works perfectly for adults as well.It’s thick, yet easy to spread and isn’t sticky, goey or uncomfortable.A friend’s mom was just released from the hospital, is not very mobile and is wearing Depends. He purchased this for her and her caregiver commented to him how insightful that was. The caregiver told him that she usually suggests getting something like this to prevent skin irritation/rash.
