I love this for my back pain relief. It’s large so you can lay on it or wrap around you. It has a protective slip covering as well.

Definitely a must have
The length is just perfect. It stays cold for so long. I use it for up to 30 minutes and it’s still icy cold when I put it in the freezer. What such a great product. Definitely has helped my back pain. I’ve gone through a lot of ice packs and this one definitely is a must-have. I have zero complaints.

Awesome Product
I bought this item 3 years ago and I’m still using it as needed. This has great freezer time and stays frozen and is very flexible. The length makes it easier to use on areas that need a cold pack.

Easy to use, just stick the gel pad in the freezer for a few hours and ready to go. The fabric cover isn’t too thick so you can feel the cool. Overall decent product, not sure what else would make it 5 stars without spending money on something fancier, but gets the job done.

Read the size carefully don’t base your size estimate on the picture. That said it does stay cold.
