I didn’t expect this waist support to be so good. This one is great quality, supportive, covers my entire torso, and I can do a lot of things with it on. No baggy spots, and no fat leaking out. The velcro holds it in place really well, and it feels durable, it doesn’t roll up like other waist trainers, and you can definitely control the areas of your tummy that you want to control, and you can definitely use it all day without it rolling up like other ones that aren’t trainers. The only downside is that if you wear it too tight, it leaves a little mark on your tummy haha, but that doesn’t stop me from loving it, all I can say is wow!!!

Too wide and Too Long
This waist trainer is a bit too wide and long for my body. When I wrap it around my body it seems bulky. I’m not a fan.

You Won’t Regret It!
I was worried about how to put it on at first but after watching the video I figured it out and it was super easy. It’s long and just the right width so you wrap yourself up like a mummy but it’s very comfortable and effective and I love that you can adjust it. Most waist trainers are hard to adjust and will get bigger and out of shape. Obviously you won’t have that problem

This product sucks!!!
I got this to help me look slimmer and it makes me look fatter. It’s hard to wrap around yourself as it creates lumps from the tightness. It doesn’t capture my upper back fat (if wrapped higher, makes me look like I have a big @$$ muffin top. 2/10 I don’t recommend. The direction are also very unclear.
