Way better than upspring
Dony taste great but it’s a vitamin and they work wonders. Got these when I was struggling. I started to dry up so I gave these a try and was impressed. Instant boost in supply. I tried them as directed to get my supply back up(I pump, never breastfeed) and it more than doubled what I was producing in the first day. Upspring actually caused me to produce less. 10/10 would buy again.

I initially followed the instructions on the bottle to take 2 capsules every 2 hours for a boost in my milk supply. I was able to pump an additional bottle’s worth of milk the next day. I have continued take 2 capsules every few hours, but I’m hoping I can start taking them less frequently and keep the supply up. We’ll see. Side note: these capsules taste awful the moment they hit my tongue, but most of these milk-boosting supplements are awful tasting. Just make sure you take them with a flavored drink or eat something right after to change the taste in your mouth.

I can’t share first-hand knowledge, because I bought this for my friend who was having issues with supply. She reports that this immediately began increasing her production. While she hasn’t shared actual amounts, her newborn is beginning to thrive, is a much happier baby! No stomach issues have been noticed on either the side of mother or infant.

Great results!
I bought this to increase milk production as my 4 month old has increased his intake. I started off at the highest dose of 3 pills 3 times a day and have had great results in just over a week. Highly recommend this and will continue to use as long as possible.

BEWARE – dangerous ingredients
Beware!!! Even though they bought me by stating it’s only inactive ingredient is vegetable capsule, in reality it also contains Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate and SILICON DIOXIDE – all coming into the body of a breastfeeding mother, how insane is that, knowing that especially last ingredients is particularly dangerous.I also felt some difference in milk supply, but not much. Sleeping well helps better. Returning

Waste of Money
I really do not think this increased my supply at all. I found it to be a waste of money. I’m sticking with Earth Mama products.
