Two for the Win
Now if you cannot stand a fishy aftertaste, you may want to look for something else. However I dont think you will find anything better, my hubbie started buying this for our first child in our local herbal shop. Now, our fifth pregnancy I still order ole faithful. The ingredients are uncomparable and all of our kiddos are healthy. Never any problems on blood work, other than my iron. I am anemic so….I would recommend an Iron supplement, Floradix is great or Megafoods Gummies. You could go for some lower cost prenatals/postnatal but your child deserves nothing but the best of quality ingredients.

Not a bad flavor but not great either
Great size.. the taste is a little weird but no worse than the liquid Centrum. There were some chunky bits when you get to the bottom.

I love that it’s liquid
So the taste is not my favorite but it’s fairly inoffensive. I think that liquid anything helps with absorption but my favorite part about this liquid vitamin is that I can add it to drinks, the orangish color makes them pretty. This has helped me increase my water intake and helps me feels better. I have taken it like a little shot too, and and it goes down easily since it’s not too thick. The price is comparable to other prenatal vitamins I have taken so that’s nice as well. The main drawback is that the reddish orange DHA oil they use stains the straws that I use pretty badly.

Taste alteration
I cannot recommend enough, if you’re struggling with the taste but realized how pure and beneficial this vitamin option is (even has a little more magnesium which is amazing for us), pour your two tablespoons of the vitamins and MIX IT with at least a cup of orange juice!! I can oddly handle the OJ, but I’ve also tried it with other 100% juices and it has made every bit of difference. I hated the taste too, at first, but then I read I could mix it. I’m about to order my next bottle! Gummies aren’t sufficient enough, I hate pills, and the chewables are too chalky, so try (again) with juice 😉 and also, refrigerate the vitamins, that helped too!

Taste terrible
I order this instead of my normal liquid multivitamin because it was a prenatal and cheaper than the one I normally buy. Unfortunately it was a waste of money because it taste terrible. I couldn’t even take a full dose and became nauseous after. Like others have commented it has an oily appearance not sure what that is about. This product also doesnt include iron which I need. I normally buy source of life multivitamin in the liquid so I guess I will go back to that as it taste decent and works well, just pricey.

Taste is not for those with nausea
Wanted to love this because the ingredients are great, especially methylated folate for those with MTHFR mutation and no iron for those struggling with constipation in pregnancy. And liquid vitamins have better absorption. Also, love that it’s in a glass bottle. However, I could not stomach the taste with my nausea. I tried with juice, etc without success. So, just keep in mind when ordering.

Pleasantly surprised!
This prenatal was definitely what I needed! I’ve tried pills, capsules and gummies all to no avail. Read the reviews on this liquid and decided to give it a try. The taste is very tolerable. It reminds me of orange Tang from my childhood. I’m actually able to take the recommended 2 Tbs without juice and it really boosts my energy. Baby and I are happy. No gagging or throwing up afterwards. Very smooth going down. BUY IT!
