How to fold?
First – Remove the mattress
Secondly – Pull up the ring in the bottom center of the baby playard.
Tertiary – Lift the side rails up and squeeze the unlocking buttom of the rail, lower the rail downwards, repeat for all side rails
How to open？
First – Make sure the base is in the upright position and then lift each of the side rails upwards until they lock in place
Secondly – Only when all four top rails are locked ,push the base down

It truly has everything you need in one unit bassinet, bedside sleeper, changing table, playard, and travel crib. The setup was much easier than I expected, and it feels very sturdy and safe for my baby. Sturdy and Comfortable, But Mobile Could Be Better
I’ve been using this playpen with changing table for a while now, and I’m very happy with it. The frame feels durable and stable, giving me peace of mind when my baby is inside. My grandbaby seems comfortable and content when playing or napping. I cannot comment on the rocker feature because I have not used it. The changing table is a great convenience—easy to use and at a comfortable height. It makes diaper changes quick and less painful on my back. I love the wheels on one side, it makes it easy to move from bedroom to living room without having to pack it up. My only disappointment is with the mobile. The colors are a bit dull, and the music feature doesn’t play very clearly or consistently. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it could definitely be improved to better engage the baby. Good value
We use this item every night with our four month old son. We put a a mattress in the bassinet setting since the bottom is pretty hard and he sleeps in it every night we enjoy the amount of functionality it has as it can turn into like four different objects. It is very sturdy. I will say there are probably prettier pack n plays out there, but it does the job so I’m happy with that. It’s really not high enough to reach our bed, but I still like using it. I do have to get out of bed to get the baby. It did take a while to assemble.

I am happy with the item.. just don’t like the fact that the upper part is zipped in rather than with proper clips. I worry, unnecessarily probably, that the zipper may burst and the whole thing comes down. We used it with grandson and it is fine but I kept on checking it and there are really no concerns.Beside this, the pack and play pen is lovely and very sturdy. Good sized change table, and handy side thing to store diapers etc. The only other thing, for which I don’t care at all, is the mobile. Flimsy and weird music. But we don’t use this so I don’t care. Better sell it without this mobile.
