Surgical quality
A long time ago I had major abdominal surgery for cancer and was given a very high quality abdominal binder. The velcro wore out on it so I got what I thought was a similar one from CVS and it did not work the same at all and felt terrible. I tried many brands but this is the one that comes the closest to the binder I had from the hospital. I wear it when I know I need to do a lot of of work that will put pressure on my core or from certain clothes that aggravates the nerve pain I’ve had. I also use it while doing housework because it helps with my back too!I think this is a very comfortable binder and doesn’t make you hot. If you are a trans boy/man, this is a good binder for you since it covers your entire abdomen and doesn’t ride up.

I wanted to like it, it is soft, and about as support as say an ace bandage. Which I kinda wanted, something soft and movable so I gave a three for that. BUT it rolls, if you have a big booty! Also it’s a thin strip of Velcro, so if you have to overlap it the bottom kinda slides.
