Postpartum game changer!
This is an absolute gamechanger for postpartum moms! I started wrapping 2 days after giving birth to my 4th child and I feel it has accelerated my healing time tremendously! It feels so supportive to my internal organs moving back into position. It also helps my back feel stronger especially when having to pick up my toddler frequently. The fabric is incredibly soft but feels durable. The stitching feels strong to me. The wrapping itself is easy after a couple youtube videos. After doing it a couple times its very quick. I would absolutely buy this again and will recommend to all of my mama friends. Its important to have natural fibers on your body and especially touching newborn baby skin. I love that this is organic cotton!

Fast results with a healthy diet.
I love this Bengkung Belly Binding wrap. I honestly thought it would be hard to do. I watched her video on TikTok at least 13 before I received the wrap on October the 5th. I knew what I was doing on the first day. Its been two week of being 10 weeks postpartum and I already see major results. I will purchase more to gift other women, it’s truly healing, it feels like a nice warm hug all day…I wrap for 6 hours a day for anyone who is curious. I wish I knew about this in my twenties. I snapped back naturally but on my 4th and 5th baby that was noooo longer the case. It definitely helped a lot this time around. It fits well, it’s light, comfortable and does look like it will last.

Beautiful!
I am a seamstress but could not make this for the price I paid. It is beautifully done, the edges are serged and finished nicely. The fabric is very soft and high quality. It came with a drawstring bag for washing. I washed it twice so far and if you follow the included directions it washes up well.I have been wrapping since about two weeks postpartum. This is my seventh baby. I am very happy with the support and results. It takes a little practice to do the wrap, but truly only takes a few minutes once you have it figured out. It is MUCH more comfortable than any other wrap I have ever tried.

Great support
I starting binding my belly using this wrap 5 days postpartum. I had to watch the video a few times to get the hang of how to tie the wrap but it was very easy. The wrap is made of organic cotton which is very breathable and comfortable. I felt supported in my back and in my abdominal area which has been weakened from delivering. I can tell a major difference in that my stomach has gone down significantly after just 2 weeks of wearing it. I recommend putting it on after showering and massaging your belly then tying the wrap. Overall I am happy with the product.

Amazing for Postpartum (C-section)
This wrap has been such a blessing. I am a mom of 3 and my first two births were natural and due to the size of my last baby we decided on a planned c-section. I used the Velcro wraps my first two pregnancies but couldn’t imagine using Velcro with an incision. I saw this method from a postpartum dula and decided to do some research ( which I highly recommend you do to learn the why behind it) The technique allows you to support your body where it is in each stage of recovery. My last child stretched me out so much my body was completely unrecognizable. I started using it after 5 days because I wanted my incision to have a chance to heal before I tugged at it. After using it for one day I saw a major difference. I couldn’t believe it. I decided to become consistent even though it is a little time consuming. It is also best to do it as soon as you start your day because of the position of your organs. I am only 1 month postpartum and my belly is almost back to its original state. I dare say better because I can see my “mom pooch” shrinking. All this to say that the results for me have been well worth the effort of learning to wrap myself and making it a priority every morning (it takes me 5 minutes right now), even with 3 hungry kiddos waiting on me.The material itself was held up great. A Little fraying but over all has held up great. It doesn’t make me hot through out the day which I appreciate in contrast to the Velcro wraps.

Long, time consuming, but grounding.
Great for the price. At first I thought it was too long, but when you finally get the hang of it, length is perfect. It is a little time consuming, but it became soothing after a while. Was nice to have something to concentrate on that was just for me 🙂 Did what it had to do, definitely helped with putting myself back together after having my baby. I had a C-section, started using 3 weeks after. Helped my back so much and helped with me feeling okay with my after birth belly. Even if your looking a year after baby was born, would still recommend binding. YouTube has great tutorials.Good luck ladies!

A Hassle
This was way too much of a hassle to wrap, and when I did have it on I didn’t find it to be very supportive or comfortable.

Wonderful, exactly as described
So it does have raw edges that are a pain to wash but here’s the trick, wash it in a lingerie bag on cold and hang it out to dry. I put it in the bag and then hang out on the clothesline or fold it in half and across the shower overnight. NBD and cuts down on the tangle/thread mess. It works great, honestly just as good as any other fabric. Yes it would be nice if it were stitched, but it’s not and still a good value.

This wrap is very long and of good quality. The cotton is soft and rigid enough for the purpose of belly binding. I used mine the first 6 weeks postpartum and I wish I knew about it for my first 3 pregnancy. It’s a game changer! Every woman should know about belly binding!

I was too lazy and didn’t have enough time to tie it every day. Good if you have someone to help you or if you really know what you are doing and can speed tie it. I hope I will use it more next time
