Perfect Bassinet
I absolutely love this bassinet! My newborn LOVES it too! We have used this bassinet since we brought our little one home. She took to it right away and sleeps through the night. She slept 4 hour stretches at night from the day we came home until 1 week old. She now sleeps 8 hours every night! I owe it to this bassinet! The mattress is soft yet firm enough for safe sleep for a newborn. The bassinet itself is really nice looking, it looks way more expensive than it is. We had an issue with the motor making noise. I sent a message to customer service and they were so helpful! They responded quickly and we now have a perfectly functional bassinet! The rocking feature is great. I love the setting that turns on the rocking when it senses movement. If my little one wakes up in the night the bassinet rocks her back to sleep! The height is great for our bed, it’s easy to get her in and out of the bassinet while I’m half asleep! I will be recommending this to all new parents!

FINALLY
Finally a bassinet my baby will sleep in! This is my forth baby and never bothered with anything other than co sleeping. Well, we still cosleep with an active toddler so a bassinet to protect baby was necessary. I literally ordered this while in the hospital and my husband easily put it together before baby made it home.The mesh liner is great to see baby throughout the night and the rocking feature is a nice touch. It’s easy to move around and sturdy enough for my toddler to grab on to the sides to take a peek at sissy.Affordable too!Just buy it, you won’t regret it. And if baby won’t sleep in there, we all know it will make a really cute laundry bin 😂

Pleaseeee do not waste your money or time
I wanted to try a “moving” bassinet without spending $1500 on the Snoo (just in case my baby didn’t like it), so I decided to give this a try with the good reviews I saw. This one was easy to set up and was so pretty to look at. My 3 week old LOVED IT. I could put her in at bed time wide awake, turn it on and she wouldn’t make a peep, fall right to sleep.( I will add it was a little louder than I expected). It lasted 2 nights and the motor quit. I contacted Amazon to return it and they convinced me to contact the manufacturer, so I did exactly that and they sent me a new one. After receiving the new one everything was great again and 5 days after using the motor on that one quit. I again let the manufacturer know that the new one was junk and I was just going to return to Amazon for a refund and they offered to send me a THIRD bassinet and give me $100 refund. The customer service end for the company is awesome, and they have the heart , but the product is just horrible. I declined their offer and returned to Amazon for a refund. I will add for anyone looking for a moving bassinet & not wanting to spend tons of money on the Snoo, the ‘4 moms MamaRoo’ sleep is awesome, and has 5 different motions to help baby get to sleep.*the attached video is what the manufacturer requested I send to prove it didn’t work*

Saved our Sanity
Had high hopes for this bassinet and it has exceeded our expectations! My LO who is five weeks old only likes to sleep being rocked lately. It was getting to a point that my other half and I were getting little to no sleep. We ordered this bassinet in hopes that it would work as well as the more expensive options. We’ve only used it for one night so far, but it has made a world of difference for all three of us. LO slept a decent stretch last night from 10-3:30am in this bassinet. The rocking features are so nice although it took me a bit to figure out the settings, but once I did it was simple. The bassinet was easy to assemble, it’s not super heavy so it is easy to move around my apartment without an issue if need be. It’s bigger than my LO’s first bassinet so he has room to grow (he’s a lanky little dude). He seems to be extremely comfortable in it, as I write this right now, he’s taking his morning nap in it. My only complaint is that the legs are a little wobbly, but LO isn’t much of a mover yet, so that isn’t too concerning. Honestly a sanity saving purchase that I will continue to rave about!

Arrived broken
Update!I returned the broken bassinet without thinking about reaching out to the seller. I just followed regular return instructions. Few days later the seller reached out to me and did everything to make me satisfied with the purchase.Costumer service is impeccable and they truly stand by their customer.I ebed up with a new bassist that’s beautiful, high quality and no broken parts. It is true that it’s a little bit noisy but I’m planning to use a noise machine anyway. I’m hoping baby will love it too.Thank you for the great customer support!I received a broken one straight out from the box.
