Great value for money, adjustable fit to grow with you, and great support. Can be challenging to put on yourself since its adjusted from the back to fit tight enough but that is the ONLY flaw.

Make sure you know the difference before ordering. A belt for back support typically is worn over clothing and not under clothing.I am 5’4″, 21 weeks pregnant, and 147 pounds. I was 125 pounds pre-pregnancy for reference and wore a size 4.I have plenty of room to tighten and loosen the belt as I get bigger throughout pregnancy. I am glad I did not wait to order it, I felt immediate relief when I put it on. I work remote, it has stayed in place and provided relief while sitting.
