Great product
I used this two to three times a day for the first two weeks after giving birth. It was a nice way to take a 15 minute break to myself, and focus on healing. The product smells great, and leaves you soft and feeling clean. The first few days after giving birth are messy, so it was great to feel clean without irritating things. I HIGHLY recommend this. I had stitches and I feel like this soak made them heal faster than had I done nothing. My dr commented on how great things looked “down there” at my 6 week checkup. I’m sure this soak helped, but again, it was also nice for my mentality.

Great sitz bath or luxurious soak!
This is one of my favorite new mom products. It was wonderful to relax in this sitz bath soak and I think it helped me heal up fast. Nice subtle scent and a little goes a long way. I bought a second tub of it because I like it so much!

Pros: a refreshing and calming bath that leaves your skin feeling soft and smoothI’m not sure about it’s healing capabilities because I haven’t used it consistently but it definitely provided temporary reliefCons: It didn’t dissolve too well in my tub. Even if I ran the water over the crystals, they would just fall to the bottom and stay there until I swirled them around for a bit.

Simply the best. TLC for your pre/post natal lady bits
My absolute favorite!! The salts / grains are small enough that they dissolve quickly and completely in the bath so you don’t feel like you are stepping into a beach of sand. The smell is perfect a clean scent without fragrance overload, definitely on the mild side. I swear by this stuff after childbirth (and being cleared for baths) helps calm and soothe your lady bits. I’ve used as both prenatal and postnatal care.

Best smelling sitz bath crystals ever
First off, the smell of these crystals take you to heaven and back. It has a strong flowery citrusy smell. I used mine after giving birth to my last two babies. I put one scoop into my sitz bath and that was plenty. It really helped soothe the swelling and irritation.I’ve also used it in the bathtub and two scoops go a long way. I come out feeling soft and I smell amazing. If you’re expecting or just want to try some different bath salts give this a shot!Here are some pictures. They’ve changed the color, as my salts are yellow but they’re still the same product.

Dear good God you need this mommas!!! I had our daughter vaginally and I was a little sore to say the least. I bought this because of other reviews and this is awesome!!! I used this a few days after we got home from the hospital and I put two scoops in a hot bath and soaked for 20 minutes. (I love my husband for giving me that time) Anyway, I got out of the tub and my bum felt back to normal already! I don’t know if this will happen for everyone, but man this is the best thing ever. It smells fantastic and is really relaxing. Even if it’s only 20 minutes, it will be the best 20 minutes and your butt will thank you!

The scent and the feel provide a relaxing bath. It was perfect to use during pregnancy and after. 3 years postpartum and I still love to use once a week, so relaxing! My skin feels so soft afterwards as well.

Love this bath soak!
I bought this back in 2015 when I was pregnant and loved it for pre- and post-pregnancy soaking. I still use it to this day! I love it so much, I just bought another one for a friend who is expecting.
