good for moms and their menagerie
The Ruheaou Breast Therapy Ice Packs are great for all parts of postpartum. We used these a bit more during the beginning with the cold therapy to help relieve tenderness from engorgement. However, these also helped a bunch with bumps and bruises for my tiny as he learned how to walk and my two year old who doesn’t have fear. As an ice pack, they are a bit stiff to start with, but they soon thaw a bit and are malleable. Also, I found these helped with reducing inflammation in the wrists and elbows from carpal tunnel, which can get activated during breastfeeding.

Big and sturdy
I you are a breast feeding momma and need some ice packs for comfort or even if you are trying to stop breast feeding and are trying to prevent that engorgement without using warm compresses than this is amazing. These things are huge so if you have small girlies they will be fully covered but if you have some big girlies than these will still get the job done. These are so huge in both width and length, for me with just a size B these cover me completely with slack around. My friend was fascinsted and put these over her clothing and she has huge girlies, not sure her size but triple mine, and they looked like they cover the main portion of her girls. So this is definitely a one size fits all. Very comfortable and the gel beads do a great job of spreading around so it isn’t like a bunched up block of ice. If you freeze it though do it flat of course. Highly recommend these.

Nice BIG Size
I ordered these for the new mommy-to-be in my life because her breasts have been feeling uncomfortable. We probably would have been fine with the medium, however, her already large breasts are starting to get larger and I wanted to make sure she was able to have full coverage that encompassed her breasts in case she needed it. We received some small packs in a postpartum kit we received. However, I want to provide her with a couple of different options as she is a first-time mom and doesn’t fully know what to expect from her body during all of this. The fact that these can be used warm or cold makes them even better and makes them more versatile for any use we might need the future.I really like that the packs have separated sections for gel so that the gel won’t shift or slide to one side or another. This allows for consistency.I wish they would have come with a cover. It seems like a cover is pretty standard with heating/cooling products, so I was surprised this didn’t have something like that but it is really a small thing. I would absolutely order more of these if we found a need for more than what we have.
