Very effective and good price to pay for sleep and comfort
Got tired if waking up drenched in sweat at night. These are great! Not only did it stop me from waking up covered in sweat, it helps you sleep! I usually put one on 30 minutes to an hour before bed. I now have a subscription. I wear one every night and even take some with me when I go on trips. I have skipped a couple of nights here and there and could definitely tell a difference with my sleep. I usually place the patch on the top part of my arm. I haven’t had any issues with it coming off. Just make sure your arm isn’t wet or have any residual lotion or moisturizing lotion on it. Maybe wipe with alcohol swab if you do before placing it on. After I place it on my arm I usually rub around it with my fingers to make sure it’s staying on. I have also recommended this to family and friends who are suffering with sleep and night sweats.

They don’t stay on!
I was very excited to get these as they claim a higher absorption rate than pills. Unfortunately I do not see how this possible when the patches fall off so easily. My night sweats are not nearly as bad as what I’ve heard described by others, but after several days of use, not one patch has stayed on through the night. I a sadly disappointed by i product I looked forward to. There is also a no return policy so I can’t get my money back.

Didn’t work for me- getting hot at night is the worst
I noticed no difference. Maybe it was just me, but they didn’t help at all. I finally got relief going to the doctor and getting RX patches.
