Versatile and long-lasting for recovery, headaches, and everyday use
I originally got these for post-surgery recovery and have ended up using them constantly ever since. During my reduction recovery, I used a mastectomy pillow with little pockets, and these packs fit perfectly inside. The fabric kept them from being too cold or too hot against my skin, and it made a huge difference in staying comfortable while healing.They’ve also been great for keeping groceries cold on the long trip home from Trader Joe’s. I line my cooler with one on the bottom, two on the sides, and one on top, and everything stays cold the whole way there and back. They don’t melt fast and even when they do start to thaw, they don’t leak or drip water everywhere.I also use them on the back of my neck a lot. They stay flexible and don’t turn into frozen bricks, which makes them great for headaches or just cooling down. I’ve used them both hot and cold, depending on what I need. Sometimes I’ll use a cold one on my neck and a warm one on my feet to help regulate my body temp during migraines, and that combo really helps.I’ve had these for almost two years now and they’re still going strong. Definitely worth having around whether you’re recovering from something or just want a reliable hot/cold pack that works.

These are nice, they are thin covered in a soft material so if they do touch your skin they’re not irritating And slightly Shields you from the hot or cold depending on what temperature you’re using it for. They are soft and flexible.

These are really nice – they are covered with a soft material so you don’t necessarily need to wrap your ice in a paper towel or towel. They remain flexible when cold so you can wrap them around wherever you need. I used them stuffed into an ace bandage wrapped around my head after oral surgery, and also used the to wrap around my sore knee. I took off one star because they don’t stay cold long enough.

Intermediate Fire!
I purchased the 4-pack, which are 10″ x 5.5″ each. I hurt my lower back and needed something that would work. These are really great because even when completely Frozen they remain soft so they can fit the shape of wherever you put it. I’ve used them for both heat and cold. At first I did not think that I would need four of them but it turned out to be very useful because if you are alternating hot and cold you can always have at least one in the freezer ready to go while the others are either being used or recently put back in the freezer. If you have a back brace it works great to tuck these in back of the brace and then tighten it up and it pushes it up against your back. Definitely a great product, and interesting terminology on the instructions.

Works So Well I Bought a Second One
I originally bought this for one wrist, and it ended up being such a game-changer that I ordered another for my other hand. The wrap stays cold for a decent time, fits comfortably, and actually stays in place. The gel is flexible even when chilled, which makes it easy to keep the cold exactly where you need it.It’s great for wrist pain, inflammation, or just calming things down after a long day on the computer. I’ve also warmed it up to try the heat option, and it works just as well. Nice glove, weird strap.
good glove, is nice for my hands. I haven’t tried cooling or heating it yet. Its cold in my house, so the glove stays naturally cold when not in use. So when I throw it on I get immediate cooling comfort from it for my aching hands–from doing construction and having carpal tunnel. Downside: It has this weird super long strap around the wrist that is so long and the Velcro is also strong–very hard to pull off. I find that part incredibly annoying. In a fit of rage, I ripped it off. lol. Much better without that strap that fail to have any purpose. Its not likes its going to just fly off when you’re wearing it. I don’t see why it was so long. It’s like they think your wrist is 10 inches in diameter or something.

Leakage/durability
Worked great when new. Purchased in May of 2025 by November of 2025 they were starting to split at the seams and all the goop started coming out. This happened with every one. They are good for short term use I guess. But I use icepacks nightly because I sleep warm and they help reduce morning headaches when I wake up. I will not be purchasing again and try to find some that hold up better because this is the second time purchased in less than two years and all of them in the pack for both purchases have leaked after a few uses.

Fantastic for hot and cold, the rounded edges make it perfect for the forehead and they are really durable to last so long so far (a year+)

Just received them and so far they work just fine. They are a bit small so the ne t ones that I order will be a wee bit bigger. They seem to be sturdier than the plastic gel packs.
