How do I clean the nozepiece?
Wash with warm soapy water or put into the dishwasher.
How frequently do I need to clean the nozepieces and tubing?
We recommend cleaning after each use to prevent germ spread. The nozepiece should be replaced or cleaned when using on multiple children. The tubing can be cleaned less frequently as long as there is no liquid inside.
How frequently can I use this on my child?
Use as frequently as needed to help clear congestion.
How often should I replace the filters?
Filters should be changed when wet mucus has touched the filter.
How often should I replace the tubing and nozepiece?
The tubing and nozepieces are reusable, however we recommend replacing them every few months to maintain the cleanliness.

NEWBORN INFO! Read this first! Essential!!!
This is such an amazing tool to add to your respiratory season arsenal! Absolutely buy! Worth every penny!FOR NEWBORNS- in addition to purchasing the nozebot (which we love and would absolutely recommend) you NEED the newborn NOSE ATTACHMENT (SOLD SEPARATELY). It is smaller and more narrow to easily get into their little nostrils for optimal and QUICK clearing of mucus. We had this on our registry and I am so glad that I had it before I NEEDED it. All of the parts are dishwasher safe which makes clean up a breeze. Charging takes a little bit, but the battery lasts. The machine itself is lightweight, but LOUD. We “played” with it and had it turned on prior to using to get baby used to noise and suction. You do go through a new filter piece after every use, so I do recommend purchasing additional filters and nose pieces so that you don’t have to run to wash immediately after every use and can have a spare while one is in the dishwasher.Overall, BUY THIS!! Just make sure you have the additional parts you may need too!

Excellent! Feels hospital-grade
Fantastic suction. I’m a pediatrician in a hospital and this works about as well as our hospital suctions. It is loud which my baby doesn’t love, but does the job. Definitely recommend the newborn nosepiece for smaller infants

Highly recommend
Hospital recommended this product when little had RSV and it’s worth every penny spent. Seems like a lot but works so well and kids can breath easier. We have used it many times over the last couple months! I’ve bought many of the tips and just disposed of them when finished with the round of sickness. Easy to clean too I just want to be extra careful

Amazing product removes mucus better than any other product available
This is an amazing product. Iv had mine for over a year and use it on four children. It still works like brand new. I have had zero issues with it. It removes sooo much snot. It really is like hospital grade. I recommend it to everyone. It can make the difference between your kid getting an ear or sinus infection or getting better. It gets snot that is deep in the sinuses without hurting the child. I highly recommend this product!

Great suction machine
I bought this after I had a near-total glossectomy (tongue removal) for tongue cancer. I needed a suction machine to help me remove excess thick saliva. This does this job perfectly. The suction has sufficient power. It is easy to clean, both the tube and the collection cup. There is no need for a filter, like the other suction machine I purchased to carry with me. I have had it a couple months now, use it regularly and have had no issues with it. Highly recommend.

Better than Nose Frida
I’d give it 5 stars but it still doesn’t have enough suction power for our needs. My baby has been having this weird deep congestion for months now, and it’s almost impossible to get it out. Nevertheless, this device has been the best I could find. With my son I used a regular manual Nose Frida on the few occasions when we needed it and it worked just fine and I couldn’t imagine spending $120 for a snot sucker. Well, with my daughter I was at my wits end. She started having this crazy throaty congestion around 8 weeks where she’d have trouble nursing and would vomit. I kept using nose Frida and it was getting too much doing it several times a day using the full power of my lungs and her screaming in my face. I decided to try one of those medium price battery operated devices like the new battery operated nose frida and it was a complete disappointment. She hated that thing even more, it was a huge pain to clean with 20 different compartments, and it had a lot less suction power than my lungs could provide. It was okay for a runny nose but useless for my daughter’s congestion.Out of desperation I decided to splurge on this device fully intending to send it back if it proved less powerful than the manual one. Well, it’s about as good as I can do at the top of my lung capacity or better. The difference is that after I do it a couple of times manually giving it all I have I feel like I am about to pass out. With this thing I can spend a few minutes trying to coax that stubborn snot out of my daughter’s nose without getting red in the face. Also, after initially hating it, my daughter is okay with it now. She still screams when snot comes through from deep down there because it startles her, but for easier more surface type of snot she just lies there perfectly comfortable letting me wiggle this thing in her nose even though the motor is quite loud.Another huge positive is that cleaning this thing is a breeze. It’s even easier than the manual nose frida because the tip is shorter and you can reach any stubborn sticky snot with a q-tip.Anyway, if you have to do a lot of snot sucking like I do pretty much daily or several times a day for many weeks now, this is definitely worth the investment. It’s as or a little more powerful as a manual one at least for a typical woman who doesn’t have diver’s lungs, kids seem to hate it less (even my 3 year old would occasionally tolerate it), it’s very easy to clean, and you can use it long enough to get stubborn snot out without passing out.

Easy to use, gets the job done!
Really love this thing! Anything touching my babe’s face is a no for him. The Freida mom was great but took too long and my guy could just pull it apart while I was using it. This gets the job done and you have more control of your hands. I’ve been using it since my little guy was 9 months. The noise is loud but I still think it’s worth it. I always suggest it and get it for people’s baby showers because you never know when you’re baby will get clogged up and you want to do anything to help them out!
