work great for us
Our toddler is now nearly 2, and we have had these locks on the cabinet under our sink since he was about 8 months. We use this cabinet every day, and yes, it just broke, but we got well over a year of service from it. Can’t ask for much more for 7 bucks. We were happy to order more, and will continue to use them. We find it pretty easy to open, and the kid has not been able to open it yet. I think if he really wanted to get in that cabinet at his current age, he probably could, but learned at a young age that was not a cabinet he could get into. Overall, we have loved this product, and just ordered more

Durable & easy-to-use (especially for magnetic-latching doors, French doors, etc.)
These work so well! I have two sets of French doors in my house apartment that close at the top magnetically, so the knobs on the doors don’t turn since there is no locking mechanism. I have a cat that likes to take his paw and bat the doors open, which means my laundry “room” and the closet in my office containing various technical gadgets and gizmos and crafting supplies organized half-heartedly (which is quite a displeasing sight visually) are constantly open. I’d been using scrunchies stretched across them to help, but that looked pretty ridiculous, until I found these! They work so well and are very easy to loosen/tighten, and taking them off the doors are quite easy, too. The directions are on the back of the packaging, too, which explain it perfectly!They’re also pretty low-profile and aren’t terribly noticeable, especially if your doors are white. They are very sturdy too, and have withstood me tightening/loosening them several times a day for the past month with no issues at all, so you can tell they’re made with heavy-duty plastic, so using them on areas you’d still be needing to access a lot won’t be an issue!

Will need to repurchase but worth it
They last about 3 months before needing to be repurchased as the lock mechanism wears down or breaks over time. That being said they are good for the price and keep my littles out of the cabinets while they last. I’ve repurchased 3 times and will again for the price.

Keeps young hands away
These locks fit my bathroom cabinets with knots perfectly. The design allows them to lock very tightly and adjust from tiny to extra large. They are well amde and very durable. They are easy for an adult to remove but not a child as you have to press 2 buttons at once while pulling. I am very impressed with the excellent quality and value for the money.

Breaks easily
Bought October 11th and by January it was broke!This was used for my 85year old father- in- law that has dementia. Truly disappointed.

Great for our need … however the one side broke because the plastic used is quite brittle. Good thing it’s a two pack but let’s see how long the other one lasts?
