I went ahead and gave this sitz bath a 5-star rating, but I wanted to share both the pros and cons from my experience. I bought due to removal of hemorrhoids but Iam sure there can be many uses.Pros:• Very well packaged and well made. It arrived clean and appeared sterile.• All parts were included except the batteries.• Works very well.• Has an extension inside that you push down to increase the depth, which is very helpful.• Easy to use and easy to clean. It also comes with filters.• The water flow is soft and not harsh or uncomfortable.• I have used it multiple times with no issues.• I purchased this for recovery after hemorrhoid removal surgery, and it made the process much easier and more comfortable.• The price is very good compared to other brands that don’t perform as well…Also has its own store away bag.Cons:• The instructions are very limited and mainly focus on connectivity.• It does not explain that the sponge-like pieces in the box are actually filters — so don’t throw them away.• There were no clear cleaning instructions included.• It does not mention the depth extension feature.• Overall, the instructions could definitely be improved.

Nice quality and function. Perfect for post-surgery soaking when sitting in a hard tub-bottom is painful. Also uses less water than a tub. Folds flat for space-saving storage.

Great value!I mixed mineral salts in and didn’t see any info on how much water to use. I found that filling it to the top of the blue part is about 2 liters. That’s a good level for me.

I like how this collapses. It didn’t fit perfectly on my toilet – I have an elongated oval shaped bowl – but it did work. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Worked until it didn’t.
I had to get this for a surgery on my anus. It worked well since we didn’t have an actual tub for me to sit in and soak, but after a few weeks of using it daily, the plastic started to rip away from the silicone area and leaked. Like I said, it worked fine until it didn’t. Luckily, I didn’t need it after the healing process was done, but if you need it long-term, look elsewhere.
